Howdy-ho fellow story lovers! I’ve been playing D&D 5/5.5e for the past 5 years or so and am looking to experience other worlds & systems. Open to any systems/genres, including all D&D Editions. Hoping for those with patience as I learn a new system & its rules. I have D&D games Monday/Wednesday nights & Tuesday nights. As such, I’d like to do something on Fridays or Saturdays to spread them out a bit throughout the week, but also open to Thursday. Sunday is a hard no due to other commitments. I’m comfortable with Foundry & regularly use Discord. I also have several sets of dice - too many, really 😅 - so if we don't use a VTT, I should be set there. Hi, I am an experienced D&D player who has also dabbled as a DM in the past. I have been playing on and off since high school (I am now in my 30s). My campaigns have often ended early due to real-life schedules, so while I enjoy the game deeply, my late-level experience is somewhat limited. However, I am hoping to find a group where we can build a story together that might go the distance. My favorite games focus on exploring player character backgrounds as part of the campaign narrative. I put a lot of work into character creation, so I value seeing that development happen for myself and my teammates. I would be interested in trying the Pathfinder 2E system or Daggerheart, but have no experience with those compared to 2014/2024 DnD 5e. A few notes about me: I tend to be soft-spoken with new people, but I warm up quickly once I get to know the group. Logistically, I am in the Eastern Time Zone and work typical office hours. For the most part, I am available on evenings (except Monday nights). I prefer bi-weekly sessions, though I can accommodate weekly if needed.

Greetings! I'm Micah. I prefer a good balance of combat and roleplay; so I'm not really into dungeon-crawls (all combat, no roleplay), but also not interested in political intrigue either (all roleplay, no combat). I'm available most evenings; just can't do evenings on Wednesdays (I'm in US Central Time). I would prefer weekly games, and I will not join paid games. I consider myself an intermediate player, but only about half of my experience is actually playing. There's been a long stretch of time that I haven't played, but I've still been reading all sorts of D&D stuff and hyperfixating on different things. Because of this, I have a lot of ideas of classes I'd like to play, while I've only actually played a handful. My current idea is to try out sorcerer, but paladin and warlock are my favorites for sure. I also am fascinated by the Daggerheart system, so I'd love to try that as well.

Hello, there!  I am a veteran player (38-years-old) who switched to D&D 5.5 ever since its release and has played sessions weekly (even multiple times a week). My window of availability is between 6 AM and 11:30 AM, and between 2 PM and 10:30 PM, CET times. I like exploration and all kinds of discoveries. I enjoy RP the most when it furthers the characters, the campaign's story or both. I like combat especially when it mixes in interesting mechanics and objectives, and when I can be creative in my descriptions and my actions. I love overcoming challenges, whatever form they take, through teamwork and preparation. I like believable character actions, because I value immersion a lot, which is why I generally prefer a serious tone over a silly one. Jokes are more than fine, but I much prefer it when they don't undercut tense and emotional moments. As a player, I'm committed, invested in the story and a note-taker, I gravitate the most towards themes related to morality, knowledge/lore and creativity/art, I take my time to gather information and strategize, and I'm good-aligned pretty much always. I never come into a campaign with a clear idea on what character to play, as I very much enjoy trying to weave species, class, concept and backstory with the campaign's world, letting the latter inspire character creation itself. So I tend to ask some questions after I join a new game, to get a better idea and then decide, with an eye on party composition as well. As a person, I'm a big believer in fairness, I'm as anti-toxicity as it gets, and I'm respectful, inclusive, punctual and communicative.

Hiya! I'm Spark (he/him), and I've been playing ttrpgs for about 10 years in Italy. I've played mainly Dnd 5th edition as both a player and a DM, and in the meantime I've learnt a couple other systems. I create and use a lot of homebrew in the campaigns I master, mostly things I have plucked from other systems. I am currently mastering a campaing, so I am not available as a GM right now, but in the future I might. I think roleplay and storytelling is the core of every tabletop experience. Combat/gameplay and RP are not mutually exclusive- I find that how/why a character fights is/should reflect who that character is, and the technical stuff -such as buildmaking- helps make a game satisfying. I love the silly moments in serious sessions (as long as they are not overly distracting) and the serious moments in silly sessions. I am happy to teach some things I learnt along the way to unexperienced players. I am generally quite open to almost everything, as long as I'm capable of roleplaying without obstacles (EX. no play by post). I like learning new systems so as long as I don't have to buy manuals, you can suggest me anything.  I have experience with/have learnt: DND5e, Pathfinder 1e, LANCER, Pokerole, 7th Sea, FATE, Wilderfeast, Traveller, Stars without Number. Hi there!  I'm a mature player looking for a game with people who love the comraderie of roleplay. I enjoy a game that is heavy RP balanced with combat, problem solving, political intrigue, travel, survival or whatever aspects the GM wants to put our merry band up against.  I'm in your world now.  I love homebrews and I'm looking for a sandbox game with an experienced GM who understands and values player agency. Play Style:  I'm serious about having fun.  I'm low maintenance and I fit well into most groups that are focused on the campaign at hand.  I'm a stickler about showing up on time to every session. I put a good effort into making my characters as much for for the GM and other players are they are for me. I'm not much of a min/maxer. I don't know the powerful builds as I tend to add to my characters in a manner consistent with their back story.  I write modest back stories and try to include multiple hooks that the GM might choose to use somewhere along the road.  I prefer to see a good story or interesting outcome rather than fuss over rules.  I tend to get in character and stay in character for an entire session.   Don't ask me for a character concept until I have some understanding of the campaign lore.  I like to create characters that feel part of the world. Themes:  I'm interested in traditional fantasy, can be low or high magic.  My favourite fantasy authors are Tolkien and Guy Gavriel Kaye.    I am going to give a hard pass on horror or modern settings. Experience: I was first introduced to DnD5e online at the front end of the pandemic and have played multiple games since then.  I have GMed homebrews in 5e on several occasions, but my first choice now and forever is to participate as a member of the party. I prefer Foundry VTT, but I have participated in past games using Roll20 and DndBeyond.  I have fairly in depth knowlege of the inner workings of FVTTv12/13.  I have my own Foundry server currently running v14 with no particular end in mind. Prefered Times:  I'm in Ontario Canada (UTC-4) and would prefer games that were afternoons or evenings local time.  North American games or evening UK/EU games can fit my schedule nicely.  I'm available any day except Thursday.   My ideal schedule would be a weekly game of at least 3-4 hours.  I'm not adverse to longer sessions, provided we have appropriate intermissions. My Setup:  I have a nice quiet office and professional studio quality audio chain.  I don't use a web cam.   I have a beefy computer and fibre internet to my desk. Objective:  I'm looking forward to meeting new people, making new online friends and either joining a fresh campaign or fitting in to one already in progress.  If we're a good fit, I'll stick around for multiple campaigns.  I'm in this for the long haul. Greetings, my name is NoyVye, I'm an Italian engineer (21M) who's very much into Cyberpunk Lore, Games and Tabletop. I'm a gun-nut and mecha obsessed fan of franchises like Metal Gear Solid, Forever Winter and, of course, Mike Podsmith's Cyberpunk. Hey! I'm Ash, a nonbinary adult from California who's a big fan of things like Percy Jackson, Warhammer 40K, Star Wars/Star Trek, Hazbin Hotel, Murder Drones (and other GLITCH shows), and Wings of Fire. I like to play more casual, laid-back games - as in, not insanely serious, where a more silly character doesn't stand out too much. For example, a Southern tiefling bard whose favorite instrument is the fiddle, or a combo warlock-cleric, or even a warforged cleric of the forge. That being said, I am perfectly willing and able to create more serious characters if the setting leans that way. What I'm trying to say is, I'm pretty flexible in my character-making. I tend to play characters with well-thought-out backstories, and usually add in a quirk or two that sets them apart - along with a bit of myself, of course. I enjoy good roleplay, although I may have trouble with it myself, and I love a good combat. A lot of my past characters have been more combat-oriented, but even so, I still try to create interesting backstories and social interactions with them. I've been playing D&D for at least four or five years now, since before 5.5e, and I'm much more familiar with 5e than 5.5e. Also, I thoroughly enjoy helping to teach or actually teaching new people how to play. I'm almost always available to play on weekends between 10AM PST and 5PM PST, and would much prefer online games over in-person for this kind of thing.

I have been playing D&D for about five years, and I am always looking for more chances to play! I tend to favor story and RP while playing, and generally love creating a fun, character-driven story with players who are enthusiastic about sharing that goal. I do love combat and exploration as well, and feel that these elements are just as essential in creating a compelling story and a fun game for everyone. Definitely the type to chat between sessions if others are willing to, and I love discussing our characters, ideas, or just random things throughout the week. I usually have a lose concept for the kind of character I want to play before starting a campaign, but I like to work with the DM to fill in the details of character creation so the character is connected to the world and makes sense with tone and style the DM/group is looking for out of the campaign.

Greetings from the Midwest! I'm a veteran gamer with 40 years in the hobby, 34 of those behind the GM's screen off and on. I'm looking for players for anything besides D&D 5e. I am very picky with storytelling and the type of game I run, and I do care about everybody - my players and myself - having a good time. What's up, I'm Grembo. I've been playing tabletops off and on for a little over ten years. I started with D&D 3.5, moved to 5e. Then did Pathfinder 2e, and Star Wars FFG (which is my personal favorite). I love a good combination of rp and mechanics/combat! Seeing how characters engage with each other, the plot, and their own personal stories is always the highlight of any campaign! But I also love to see the funny little guys throw out their funny little numbers. For builds, I do have a strong tendency to play tanks, as I love to take a hit for the team. And I love a big ass shield, it's chefs kiss if there's good shield mechanics in a game. For characters, I've got a variety of pre-existing brain barbies to choose from, but I can always make a new one if need be for a campaign! Most important of all, mutual respect and kindness in any group is a big priority. Being cruel or adversarial kind of goes against the collaborative point of the game, y'know?

I'm primarily looking for a long-term, roleplay-focused campaign, ideally in D&D 5.5e, although I'm always happy to try something new if the game and group are a good fit. I've recently finished a three-year Fantasy Flight Star Wars campaign with an absolutely wonderful group of people, and I'm very much looking for the next table to get emotionally attached to. 🥲 How I Like to Play I'm very much a roleplay-first player. I love character-driven games where relationships actually matter and characters have the opportunity to grow, change, make mistakes and occasionally make spectacularly questionable decisions. My ideal game has a healthy mix of: 🎭 Heavy roleplay ❤️ Character development & relationships 📖 Collaborative storytelling ⚔️ Cinematic combat 🗺️ Exploring the world and its lore 🏰 Political & social intrigue 😂 Silly moments alongside serious ones ✨ Player choices that genuinely affect the story I particularly enjoy cinematic combat. I don't need every encounter to be mechanically complex, but I love those moments where everyone at the table can picture exactly what just happened. I'm less interested in crunch-heavy dungeon crawls where optimisation is the main focus. I don't mind some railroading when it serves the story, but I do want meaningful autonomy over my character and their decisions. 🧙 Character Concepts My favourite characters tend to be Warlocks, Half-Casters and Rogues, particularly because I enjoy having versatility and different ways to approach problems. I also really enjoy taking familiar fantasy tropes and twisting them sideways. I like characters with strong motivations, flaws, contradictions and relationships that can develop naturally throughout a campaign. That said, I'm very happy to create something specifically for the setting and party. I'm not precious about playing a particular class if there's something else that would make the group more interesting. High fantasy is probably my favourite setting, although I'm also very fond of traditional fantasy, steampunk and fantasy-adjacent settings. 🤝 What I Bring to a Table I'm an experienced player and have good table etiquette. More importantly, I'm a very engaged player. If you put plot in front of me, you gosh-damn know I'm going to bite that hook. I love getting invested in the world, the NPCs and — most importantly — the other player characters. One of my favourite things at a table is spotlighting other players. If I see an opportunity for another character to have their moment, I'll usually try to create space for it. I love watching people become comfortable enough to explore aspects of roleplay that they might not normally engage with. I'm also the sort of player who tends to build genuine friendships around a table. I'm invested in the people I'm playing with, not just the characters we're controlling. Basically, if we're playing together for long enough, there's a reasonably high chance I'll eventually ask whether you've eaten anything today and tell you to drink some water. 😂 🌈 The Table I'm Looking For I'm looking for an adult, friendly and inclusive table where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves. I'm particularly interested in LGBTQIA+ inclusive or LGBTQIA+-centred groups. I'm 37. I'm far too old and tired for table drama. That's not part of the campaign setting. Hello, nice to meet you!  I've been casually on the tertiary of the TTRPG hobby for the better part of 16 years and I'd like to get out there and actually play some more games. The systems listed on my post are all systems I have at least a passing familiarity with but I'm also super open to playing homebrewed and custom systems as well. I believe roleplay to be a very important part of any ttrpg, for I like to grow attached to my characters and their stories, and I love party interactions that I can draw. I don't mind combat heavy campaigns! But I do prefer a balanced mix of the two. ^^

For those in the Jacksonville, FL area, especially Clay County/Fleming Island/Middleburg,  I am looking to start up an in-person Castles & Crusades game soon, likely on Wednesday or Thursday nights. We have a really good venue, so it’s just a matter of gauging interest. Experience: New and veteran players more than welcome!  I am running again after a few years away, but have a lot of experience behind the screen with a lot of games. I have run longer campaigns of Rolemaster, Rifts, Savage Worlds, RuneQuest 6, and Castles & Crusades, along with multiple one-shots at conventions (including Palladium Fantasy and Microlite74).  Content: Expect some level of homebrew additions—lots of sandbox play, some house rules and classes I’ve already had or am kicking the tires on. C&C usually “feels” a lot like AD&D 1e in actual play, but with later d20 rules. I'm really looking to get back to the "sweet spot" that C&C represents. Not interested in 5e, Narrative Storygames, or Pathfinder 2e at this time (just not my thing, just putting it out there since those are common entries).  Play/Running Style: Encounters can be deadly; exploration, diplomacy, teamwork, creative problem-solving, and combat all have their place. What happens is all up to the decisions made around the table. Appropriate for most ages (keeping it pretty clean)—we just game. Friendly to new players--we will even have characters you can go with if you don't want or know how to roll one up. Hygiene and basic civility a must.

Hello everyone! My name is Mark and it is nice to meet you! I have been playing tabletop games for over 12 years now and I'm the Forever GM for my group of friends! I have run a number of systems, including D&D 3.5e, D&D 5e, PF1e, Savage Worlds, FATE, and even some smaller tabletop systems--including some I have made myself! As a result, I'm always happy to learn a new system, and I'm able to commit it to memory as well. I am primarily a story-focused GM, and I love being able to sink my teeth into a setting and learn all about it both IC and OOC. I take intricate notes in-character and like to keep track of how things are going. Lore and storytelling are the greatest rewards, not magical loot!  I am also a very easygoing and laid-back player. As a GM, I am also willing to help other players learn the system/game if I can, and I am more than happy to play a background role to let others do their thing. I am also comfortable taking the lead, but I believe communication is key whether you are a GM or a player. As a result, I will always hash things out ahead of time instead of doing anything rash! I'm 30, queer, nb, and live in the EST. I'm a huge fan of IPs like Digimon, Monster Hunter, Final Fantasy, and FromSoft. I play Magic the Gathering on occasion, am usually available most weeknights for a chat, and have a cat named Persephone who occasionally attacks me while I'm at my computer. I try to be friendly, am often very funny, and am told I help create a warm and welcoming environment by the friends who are constantly sleeping on my couch (Though I suspect they just come here for my cat). If I were to say I had any social flaws I would say sometimes my jokes don't land and the kind of love I have to give is kind of tough on some people, even if it's froma good place. I am huge on all parts of DnD. I love Roleplay, Exploration, and Combat as long as everything is contributing to a narrative of some kind. The less of a narrative the less I am interested. The thing that gives me the most joy is creating interesting character concepts all the way from their backstory to their combat build, and then getting to see what other players are doing as well. I crave interaction between characters and campaigns that give plenty of room for characters to grow and evolve as people as they adventure together and learn more about each other. I don't have a specific type of character I always play because I always like exploring new concepts. However, if there were any similiarities between my characters is that I always write them with a character arc in mind. I like to craft a backstory that gives my character room to grow as a person, with plenty of loose threads for a DM or fellow player to pull on for the story they're telling. That and I also have a tendency to accidentally build spell-blades or intentionally build specialty casters.
