Hello! I'm Ozzy, an amateur player looking for some campaigns where my character concepts can thrive. I've played a few games that I never finished and one game I did finish. I'm 18 and Trans (FtM)! I don't specialize in any one class or archetype. Weekend games are preferable since I have Friday-Sunday completely free, but later in the day (after 4:30) Monday-Thursday are also doable. I am fairly roleplay-focused, but I also enjoy combat for the small bits of flavoring and the "casting create water in someone's lungs" moments. (I won't do that constantly, don't worry.) Personality: Very disciplined and devoted, clearly sheltered, and has forgotten how to interact with people outside of their faith; prone to pettiness that's so subtle it's practically invisible. Looking for: Situations that confront the nasty things Praise did in the name of their leader, dark fantasy. Extra details: Lawful Neutral \\ If homebrew mechanics are allowed, Praise has several "blood" spells that involve them damaging themselves to either strengthen a spell or cast a custom one.

Hello I'd be interested in joining a group if possible. I am available Mon-sun starting at 7:30 pm est except wed. I rarely miss sessions and if I think there's even a possibility, I would give a heads up. I don't mind if it's already ongoing as long as it's not to far in. Hiya! The name's Voltaine, or The Voltagonist, but you can call me Voltti... or even just Volt! I've been wanting to get into a D&D group for some time now, as I've had on-and-off games that never really went anywhere long-term. I'm really wanting to invest myself into a game of sorts, have more chances to play and learn, and perhaps even make some new friends along the way. For systems I've played? D&D 5e is the one I have the most hours (500+) and experience in and am the most confident in playing, while I'm very much wanting to learn Fabula Ultima, so any chance opportunity to do so would be greatly appreciated and heartily accepted! I'm also very much new but willing to learn Pathfinder 2e, as well as any homebrew system based off it, or any of the previously mentioned for that matter. For themes and genres I'm okay with? Pretty much anything and everything, with almost nothing off the table; from cozy slice-of-life and goofy roleplay to genuinely dark, disturbing, and emotionally brutal themes, I'm game for anything... within reason, of course. As for overall preferences? Hi, I'm looking for a long term campaign, primarily text based, but open to voice as well. Homebrew, module, or anything in between doesn't matter to me. I'm in it to tell a good story, and all of those will serve well as the medium. Hello, there! I am a veteran player (38-years-old) who switched to D&D 5.5 ever since its release and has played sessions weekly (even multiple times a week). My window of availability is between 6 AM and 11:30 AM, and between 2 PM and 10:30 PM, CET times. I like exploration and all kinds of discoveries. I enjoy RP the most when it furthers the characters, the campaign's story or both. I like combat especially when it mixes in interesting mechanics and objectives, and when I can be creative in my descriptions and my actions. I love overcoming challenges, whatever form they take, through teamwork and preparation. I like believable character actions, because I value immersion a lot, which is why I generally prefer a serious tone over a silly one. Jokes are more than fine, but I much prefer it when they don't undercut tense and emotional moments. As a player, I'm committed, invested in the story and a note-taker, I gravitate the most towards themes related to morality, knowledge/lore and creativity/art, I take my time to gather information and strategize, and I'm good-aligned pretty much always. I never come into a campaign with a clear idea on what character to play, as I very much enjoy trying to weave species, class, concept and backstory with the campaign's world, letting the latter inspire character creation itself. So I tend to ask some questions after I join a new game, to get a better idea and then decide, with an eye on party composition as well. As a person, I'm a big believer in fairness, I'm as anti-toxicity as it gets, and I'm respectful, inclusive, punctual and communicative.

Hey everybody, I'm Fenris_VII, though I go mostly by Fen. I'm an experienced player from Germany looking for a Starfinder 2E campaign to join. With the release of the Tech Core rulebook released, we finally have rules for ship combat and building, so I really want to get a nice crew together, go explore the galaxy and have great adventures! I'm usually available Fridays late-afternoon (around 5 PM CEST/CET) till Sunday evening (8 PM the latest start, to not run the risk of being half a zombie at work on Monday), with the very slim possibility, that I might have to dip out for a few minutes to an entire session, if I happen to be on call once every 2 or 3 months and something happens, that needs my attention at work. When it comes to platform I'm agnostic - I play just as likely on Roll20 as on Forge, though it has to be said that Forge has some of the best tech possible for playing TTRPGs online. I'm 39 years old right now (40 in just a few weeks) and have been an avid player of TTRPGs since I was 13. I played a lot of systems, from crunchy games like Shadowrun, to more freeform ones, I played mainstream with D&D and niche with games like King Arthur Pendragon, High Fantasy and Low Fantasy, Sci-Fi and Sci-Fantasy. My focus always has been on a healthy mix of rules and roles. What do I mean by that? One always informs the other - you cannot play the big tough paladin when your character is weak as a leaf in the wind. But you also cannot play a charming negotiator when your character trips over his words and makes enemies instead of friends when it comes to roll the dice. I build my characters - story, personality and game mechanics, around the role I take within the party and roleplay that role to whatever level the party is comfortable with. Got a roleplay heavy group? Ready to jump in and play it out too. Less roleplay heavy? Bummer but hey I can role with it and leave enough room for others to shine and not keep the party from pressing on if they want to. I have about half a year of experience with SF1e and several years by now of playing PF2e, so the system is easy for me to grasp and the setting somewhat familiar. I have also played similar games scenario wise - games like Star Wars FFG, Stars Without Number, and Warhammer 40K Rogue Trader, where you have a ship and basically the galaxy open to explore for you. My English is very advanced - I've been exposed to Canadian English when I was just 4, have been learning English since I was 5 and consume my media in English where I can and even stream on Twitch completely in English. So language barriers should be minimal to non-existing for me within any international group. I'm just as comfortable with playing a Tank, Damage-Dealer, Face or Support. All that matters to me is that I am free to come up with a cool character concept and get along with the party. I am a ttrpg player of 6 years. Mostly in dnd, but I have experience playing PF2E, Fabula Ultima and Thirsty Sword Lesbians. Additionally I have read up a bit on most if not all of the systems I'm interested in! I enjoy finding a specific vibe for my characters, like a fighting style, a specific backstory, an aesthetic etc. I then push a system to fulfil that vibe to it's fullest, committing entirely to that bit, even to the character's detriment at times. Hello! I'm Ram, 27, I've been playing DND since 4e and have run games of various lengths IRL for a while. I've ran games 4e, 5e and 5.5e as well as the Final Fantasy XIV TTRPG and Perfect Draw!!, which is a Powered by the Apocalypse based game themed as a card game anime. Which yes, was wacky and fun and we fully leaned into stereotypes! I love getting into character! Thinking about how each character reacts, has their own methods and solves their own goals is super fun and my favourite parts about RPGs. I love world building and diving into others world seeing all the bits and bobs they put in to really make it come alive. I like to RP over getting into combat, but still enjoy a dungeon session with several combats back-to-back along with puzzles. When combat is used as apart to tell a story I really love it. I much prefer high fantasy for a genre of game, horror and dark fantasy just isn't my cup of tea. The occasional sinister plot is fine but if it's the entire campaign, I'm not interested. I also don't do well with gore. Characters get hurt and bleed, that's okay and normal. But things like amputations are not something I want to be apart of. I have a personal high value on punctuality, I will always make an effort to be at the game and on time! I'm available 5PM-12AM Monday-Thursday and all day weekends. Also no AI from me! Where's the fun in letting the computer do everything?

A Note on LGBTQ+ Friendly: It's not just a tag to me, it's a requirement. I am nonbinary. My pronouns are they/them. This is a nonnegotiable for me. I've had far too many people approach me with rather condescending invites to games about how they 'aren't safe spaces' or 'no politics'. I agree that my gender, and gender identity isn't politics, though people have made it politics. Human rights isn't politics and if you think it is something that should be, you can skip on by me. I am more than fine with darker themes with games, I love a good dark game. But the moment someone says 'this isn't a safe space' or 'no politics' it feels like a giant red flag to me as a game I'm not interested in. So if that's your game, you can skip me. Indepth discussions between characters, debates about what to do in different situations. Being challenged on morality of what is happening. Highs of wins fought through hard work and the sting of defeats felt through the whole group, ending in commiseration at the tavern as our characters mourn the loss of a favored NPC. Roleplay is what I love most about TTRPG's. I've been playing them since I was 12 years old (I am now 41), and while at the time it was because of all the cool monsters and stuff, even then I was captured by the different stories you could tell. I would love to share in the telling of the stories with you and your group. I've got extensive experience in a number of different systems from D&D in various incarnations to World of Darkness and Chronicles of Darkness to Masks, Stars Without Number and Fantasy Flight Star Wars. I'm always up for learning a new system! I've also GMed my fair share of games in the past, but am just looking to play right now due to my health right now (I am disabled) That isn't to say I -don't- like the tactical and exploration aspects of the game. When it comes to combat I tend to be more of a tactition sort of player, analyzing the playfield and trying to figure out the enemy. I'm mostly interested in western fantasy, but have dabbled in other kinds of settings (eastern fantasy, modern settings, sci-fi/sci-fantasy, etc). I prefer live play by post, but I'm willing to do voice games as well, and I have never had nay attachment to any particular official setting-- so homebrew doesn't really bother me, as long as the DM knows what they're doing.

Balanced player Long-haul adventurer

Long-time 5e enjoyer (not the half-baked rerelease), formerly knowledgeable in 4e, Canadian, 30. Friendly, lax, witty. 10+ years in the hobby. Roleplaying-oriented player and big on world exploration, would prefer to find a table that matches those aspects, but at the same time I'm not opposed to a classic combat-heavy dungeon crawl if it's run well, particularly in PF2e or 4e D&D. I am a dedicated player who always strives to make my character fit into the DM's setting of choice, not just tack on whatever I want to bring. And I take notes. Detailed. Notes. Trialled PF2e briefly and really enjoyed it, hope to get the chance to play it again someday. I have a very basic grasp of 40k Wrath & Glory and am interested in trying that out some more as well. Also interested in (but completely green with) The One Ring 2e and AoS: Soulbound. Currently in the market for long-term weekly or bi-monthly (twice a month) games in the evening (EST) run on any day but Thursdays. Prefer Roll20 but willing to use Foundry, big maybe on any other VTT. NO D&D Beyond req. for players, thanks. Some of my all-time favourite universes include Warcraft, Warhammer (Fantasy and 40k), Dark/Demon's Souls/Bloodborne, Diablo, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Mass Effect, Kingdoms of Amalur, and Lords of the Fallen. I continue to hold out hope of one day playing in an Eberron campaign, someday, eventually... I really like Dwarves and Orcs but rarely play as them.
