I've been playing dnd for a few years, i've dmed a few times, I've hombrewed my own world before and I know the time and effort it takes to set up a campaign and I... honestly don't know if I've ever done it right. But I've tried and I get it. What i can tell you for certain is this: If I am at your table, I will give you my full time and attention and I will role play with you respectfully. No phone in sight just me, you, and whoever else... just... vibing our ways through whatever the hell is happening. Vibing so hard. The vibes? they'll be strong. I will Yes And you so hard you'll be like "damn this guys down to clown." What does that mean? I don't know. What does anything mean? How'd we get here? I don't know. But we both agreed and we're here right now and we better figure out where we're going and how we'll get there or else we'll stay here and won't get anything done. And that's less fun. Let's go do that thing. Together. The word "vibes" again for no reason. Vibes. I prefer light-hearted adventurers and adventures. Don't get me wrong I can and will take a serious thing seriously... but also the world sucks enough as it is and it's fun to laugh. My favorite DM is Brennan Lee Mulligan because I'm a gay leftist and I have reserved the right as a human to take life less seriously than necessary. I like wordplay. My favorite show is Dimension 20. My favorite season of that show is City Council of Darkness. My favorite player is Alley Beardsly and or Lou Wilson. I strive to be a player that's that funny but also I recognize that sometimes the funniest thing to do is not the best thing to do and in your campaign I will strive to do the thing that leads to a better outcome between players. My name is Quixotic (or Elizabeth), and I'm a newcomer to TTRPGs excited to learn D&D for myself. My time zone is MST (AZ) and I'm available Tuesdays or Wednesdays, preferably in the afternoon and bi-weekly. My name is David and I'm a newbie when it comes to TTRPGs in general, though time playing games (of the video game style) have always been my favorite. I like to collect (and read) TTRPG books/manuals and have read most of the 2014 D&D Player Handbook and significant portions of the DM Guide. I'm also a board game player and collector and I would say that one of the things that entices me to TTRPGs is the social aspect. I would love to have an in person group but would also be good playing online, especially from the ease of getting together. I work from home, have a camera and mic setup, and an accustomed to being on camera and talking in meetings. Another thing I'm super interested in is just playing a TTRPG in general. I want to create a character, start playing, go on adventures, watch my character and team grow, get some cool weapons and loot, and build memories. I would prefer fantasy above all else but I'm also interested in the Star Wars universe.

I like to RP, even though i get a bit embaressed doing it, i also like Combat and think the Story is a important aspect of the game. I like to get immersed in the Lore and Story and try to take notes on everything important I am down to Play Online, or in Person, whatever works best.

I love games that have mystery and discovery, and a strong sense of story. I generally favor story that emphasizes that mystery over intrapersonal and political drama.

Hello! I'm Ozzy, an amateur player looking for some campaigns where my character concepts can thrive. I've played a few games that I never finished and one game I did finish. I'm 18 and Trans (FtM)! I don't specialize in any one class or archetype. Weekend games are preferable since I have Friday-Sunday completely free, but later in the day (after 4:30) Monday-Thursday are also doable. I am fairly roleplay-focused, but I also enjoy combat for the small bits of flavoring and the "casting create water in someone's lungs" moments. (I won't do that constantly, don't worry.) Also, I do not want to participate in campaigns with AI usage, no matter how minimal. It just isn't fun for me. Extra details: Lawful Neutral \\ If homebrew mechanics are allowed, Praise has several "blood" spells that involve them damaging themselves to either strengthen a spell or cast a custom one.

Hello! I've been playing D&D for pretty much my entire life. When I first started, I played 3.5e (not my favorite system, admittedly), which eventually led me to 5e, my go-to system ever since. Over the years, I've branched out and played a variety of other TTRPG systems, including Pathfinder, GURPS, Palladium, Shadowrun, Blades in the Dark, and many more. As a result, I've got plenty of experience with TTRPGs in all their different forms, and I'm more than comfortable adapting to new rulesets, mechanics, and homebrew content. When it comes to 5e, I know the rules like the back of my hand! (5.5e, on the other hand, is still unexplored territory for me, as I haven't had the pleasure of playing a game using that system just yet.) So, if you're looking for a player, or if I've already reached out to you about joining a game, please consider me! I've been craving a new adventure for quite some time. My last 5e campaign ended about four years ago, and life has been a little too hectic to properly settle into another one since then. Thankfully, things have finally stabilized enough that I feel ready to commit to a campaign again.

To get the essentials out of the way; My most experiance is in DnD 5e by far with a few campaigns and plenty of characters beneath my belt. I have dabbled a little in Cybperunk Red & Vampire the Masqurade, though not a full game as of yet. I am a detailed and literate roleplayer with eight years experiance with an average post length of one to two paragraphs that can easily adjust according to scene and pacing. I'm hoping to find someone experianced in GURPS to show me the rulset and teach me about that TTRPG. Be it a one shot or a long term campiagn between us - I have heard a lot of stuff relating to GURPS character creation and the sheer amount of veriaty you could make in it. So I'm hoping to learn just how far that rabbit hole goes in how in depth those systems really are. I am open to any type of campaign, Fantasy, Scifi, Modernday, Lovecraftian. Just give me the low down and details on what the game would be.

I go by Story/Ro. I'm a mid-30s gal with about a decade's worth of experience as a mostly forever-DM. I'm most familiar with 5e (2014) but wouldn't mind learning something new. Ideally, regardless of what we play, I'd like to find a long-term campaign and make some friends along the way. Online I tend to prefer using Discord and Foundry, but I'm familiar with using Roll20 as well. I'm comfortable with using voice and video, as well as playing via post. As a player, I've only really played a Cleric, a Druid, and (briefly) a Barbarian which was pretty fun. I like exploring magical classes more than melee, so that's what I'd probably stray toward. My play preferences are about 65% roleplay/story with 35% combat overall. I love making characters with histories, no matter how much ammunition it might be giving the DM and then exploring the world I'm presented with (even if it means consequences for my characters). As a person, I'm pretty chill. All I want is to build a story with others and have a good time doing it. I can't draw for shit, so I always become the campaign notetaker, treating it like a story with fun chapter names and everything. Honestly, as long as everyone maintains open lines of communication and remains respectful of one another, then I'll be happy as a clam. Availability is every other Friday [open or post 6 pm, depending on when it falls], and weekends. I may be able to do a weekday evening if the date is consistent. Weekly/biweekly campaigns would be greatly preferred.

Hello, Ryan here. I've been playing TTRPGs since the early 90s across a great variety of systems and playstyles with numerous long-term groups. Ultimately that's what I'm looking for again: a solid group of friends to get together and toss dice with. I'm very flexible with playstyle as long as the game is varied: I can do RP, strategy, combat, one-shots, grand campaigns, low and high level play, anything and everything that can come up during a game session, but I tend to get bored if the focus is too heavily on any one thing. I'm based in US Central time but am most available weekdays in the late morning or early afternoon.

Hello! I'm Ram, 27, I've been playing DND since 4e and have run games of various lengths IRL for a while. I've ran games 4e, 5e and 5.5e as well as the Final Fantasy XIV TTRPG and Perfect Draw!!, which is a Powered by the Apocalypse based game themed as a card game anime. Which yes, was wacky and fun and we fully leaned into stereotypes! I love getting into character! Thinking about how each character reacts, has their own methods and solves their own goals is super fun and my favourite parts about RPGs. I love world building and diving into others world seeing all the bits and bobs they put in to really make it come alive. I like to RP over getting into combat, but still enjoy a dungeon session with several combats back-to-back along with puzzles. When combat is used as apart to tell a story I really love it. I much prefer high fantasy for a genre of game, horror and dark fantasy just isn't my cup of tea. The occasional sinister plot is fine but if it's the entire campaign, I'm not interested. I also don't do well with gore. Characters get hurt and bleed, that's okay and normal. But things like amputations are not something I want to be apart of. I have a personal high value on punctuality, I will always make an effort to be at the game and on time! I'm available 5PM-12AM Monday-Thursday and all day weekends. Also no AI from me! Intro: Hi, my name is Lindsey (aka Lashana) (pronouns: she/her). I'm in my late 30s and I'm looking for a group of people to hang out and have adventures with. Experience: I have a little experience playing RPGs, but outside of Baldur's Gate 3, haven't had much of a chance to play D&D. Looking for either an online or in-person group that is open to a very rusty D&D player who may struggle a bit with combat mechanics for a while. Game System: I own the D&D 5e Player's Handbook (2014), but am up to DM recommendations for modules/supplementary stuff. Game Frequency and Logistics: Bi-weekly or weekly preferred. Available to play all day on Sundays and any evening after 4 PM CST. Have Roll20 and D&D Beyond basic accounts (still learning to use them, so bear with me). Have a webcam and decent headset with microphone. Preferences: Looking for roleplay-focused group. Interested in games that have both fun NPC and player shenanigans as well as drama. Would prefer a longer campaign that lets me get used to whatever character I end up playing and get my roleplay legs underneath me again. Have the bare bones of a character idea for a language scholar who might not know they're a Warlock. Content Preferences/Triggers: A huge sucker for flirting and romance storylines in TTRPGs. Hello! I'm Ephraim, and I'm hoping to find a Pathfinder 2e group that has a focus on roleplay, but still has engaging combat! I love social intrigue, horror settings, and people who are obsessed with their characters. If you're looking for someone who will roll up to the session with a character concept, art, and is willing to do a lot of writing for backstories as needed: you've found the right person! I love fantasy settings like Dark Souls especially. I'm not opposed to darker themes, as long as they're handled with care. I'm flexible on when the session is and how often: as long as it begins after 6:30pm PST, I can be there any day. I don't necessarily need weekly sessions, monthly/biweekly/as possible is fine, as long as it's consistent. I have both played and DMed Pathfinder 2e, so I have experience with the rules. I prefer a group that will allow high quality homebrew, such as Team+ content, though this isn't a strict requirement. I own several of their books (including their new Adventures+), and am willing to share with the group! I prefer FA and Ancestral Paragon games. I'm interested in a long term campaign, but willing to try shorter ones to see if I click with the group. A Note on LGBTQ+ Friendly: It's not just a tag to me, it's a requirement. I am nonbinary. My pronouns are they/them. This is a nonnegotiable for me. I've had far too many people approach me with rather condescending invites to games about how they 'aren't safe spaces' or 'no politics'. I agree that my gender, and gender identity isn't politics, though people have made it politics. Human rights isn't politics and if you think it is something that should be, you can skip on by me. I am more than fine with darker themes with games, I love a good dark game. But the moment someone says 'this isn't a safe space' or 'no politics' it feels like a giant red flag to me as a game I'm not interested in. So if that's your game, you can skip me. Indepth discussions between characters, debates about what to do in different situations. Being challenged on morality of what is happening. Highs of wins fought through hard work and the sting of defeats felt through the whole group, ending in commiseration at the tavern as our characters mourn the loss of a favored NPC. Roleplay is what I love most about TTRPG's. I've been playing them since I was 12 years old (I am now 41), and while at the time it was because of all the cool monsters and stuff, even then I was captured by the different stories you could tell. I would love to share in the telling of the stories with you and your group. I've got extensive experience in a number of different systems from D&D in various incarnations to World of Darkness and Chronicles of Darkness to Masks, Stars Without Number and Fantasy Flight Star Wars. I'm always up for learning a new system! I've also GMed my fair share of games in the past, but am just looking to play right now due to my health right now (I am disabled) That isn't to say I -don't- like the tactical and exploration aspects of the game. When it comes to combat I tend to be more of a tactition sort of player, analyzing the playfield and trying to figure out the enemy. Though that hasn't ever stopped me from making the -stupid- decisions because they were in character. Story and plot over mechanical wins for me every time. Failure is always an option. It never is an end point, because it just gives new opportunities for story, even if it stings and hurts in the moment. We find the motivation in that. Current Availability: Tuesday and Thursday evenings weekly. Monday evenings and Saturday days every other week.
