Hello! I'm Ozzy, an amateur player looking for some campaigns where my character concepts can thrive. I've played a few games that I never finished and one game I did finish. I'm 18 and Trans (FtM)! I don't specialize in any one class or archetype. Weekend games are preferable since I have Friday-Sunday completely free, but later in the day (after 4:30) Monday-Thursday are also doable. I am fairly roleplay-focused, but I also enjoy combat for the small bits of flavoring and the "casting create water in someone's lungs" moments. (I won't do that constantly, don't worry.) Also, I do not want to participate in campaigns with AI usage, no matter how minimal. It just isn't fun for me. I'm also an artist, and I enjoy drawing my characters and other people's. I won't always do free art because I don't always have time, but most of the time I'm up for it, especially if it's something small and silly. I was gonna put the character concepts here as well, but I have far too many to fit into one post without making it too long, so if you're interested, pitch me your campaign, and I'll pick out the character I think fits in the best. My main priority is making sure you don't have to bend or twist any rules to accommodate the character I pick. Personality: Very friendly, curious, and overly excitable, kind but not naive. His kindness is a conscious choice and a philosophy. "No amount of heartbreak could ever make me unloving." Looking for: Exploration, found family, situations that challenge his kindness without forcing him to be cruel. Extra details: Neutral Good alignment L8 - Warforged - Artificer (Artillerist) Concept: The first successful result of an experimental attempt to resurrect a dead person through cybernetics, except whoever woke up isn't the person the researchers were trying to bring back. Personality: Cautious and analytical, extremely conscious of their own strength, and socially awkward. They are quite sweet, though; empathy just isn't their strong suit. Looking for: Dystopian worlds, conspiracies, sci-fi setting preferred but not required Extra details: Lawful Neutral alignment \\ If homebrew mechanics are allowed, L8 does have the ability to store the damage he takes and then fire it back all at once (every hit he takes adds to the total damage) Praise Moonshine - Human (altered by rituals but still) - Cleric (Twilight) Concept: A disgraced cultist attempting to reunite with their leader and resume their "purpose." Personality: Very disciplined and devoted, clearly sheltered, and has forgotten how to interact with people outside of their faith; prone to pettiness that's so subtle it's practically invisible. Looking for: Situations that confront the nasty things Praise did in the name of their leader, dark fantasy. Extra details: Lawful Neutral \\ If homebrew mechanics are allowed, Praise has several "blood" spells that involve them damaging themselves to either strengthen a spell or cast a custom one.

My playstyle depends heavily on my mood and the group's needs, but usually I like playing spellcasters and the like (Tho I am interested in playing different classes). Hello I'd be interested in joining a group if possible. I am available Mon-sun starting at 7:30 pm est except wed. I rarely miss sessions and if I think there's even a possibility, I would give a heads up. I don't mind if it's already ongoing as long as it's not to far in. I revel in many layered plots that peel like a bag of onions, tuning preset worlds to my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is deeply immersive, roleplay heavy, and Rule of Cool. I prefer acting in the first person with people who invest creativity in their characters. At the moment, I'd like to focus on horror games and Cyberpunk. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have extensive experience in Call of Cthulhu in the 1920's as well as in Cyberpunk 2020 so I'll adapt to new editions easily. Hello, there! I am a veteran player (38-years-old) who switched to D&D 5.5 ever since its release and has played sessions weekly (even multiple times a week). My window of availability is between 6 AM and 11:30 AM, and between 2 PM and 10:30 PM, CET times. I like exploration and all kinds of discoveries. I enjoy RP the most when it furthers the characters, the campaign's story or both. I like combat especially when it mixes in interesting mechanics and objectives, and when I can be creative in my descriptions and my actions. I love overcoming challenges, whatever form they take, through teamwork and preparation. I like believable character actions, because I value immersion a lot, which is why I generally prefer a serious tone over a silly one. Jokes are more than fine, but I much prefer it when they don't undercut tense and emotional moments. As a player, I'm committed, invested in the story and a note-taker, I gravitate the most towards themes related to morality, knowledge/lore and creativity/art, I take my time to gather information and strategize, and I'm good-aligned pretty much always. I never come into a campaign with a clear idea on what character to play, as I very much enjoy trying to weave species, class, concept and backstory with the campaign's world, letting the latter inspire character creation itself. So I tend to ask some questions after I join a new game, to get a better idea and then decide, with an eye on party composition as well. As a person, I'm a big believer in fairness, I'm as anti-toxicity as it gets, and I'm respectful, inclusive, punctual and communicative.

I’m looking for a group that values character growth, secrets, and a bit of "chaos" in the party dynamic. I have a few character concepts ready to go, ranging from tragic to high-energy: Option 1: The "Blessed" Orphan (Warlock) The Hook: Sold to a temple as a child, he spent years desperately praying for a god to choose him. When a voice finally answered, he assumed it was divine. In reality, it’s a Patron playing a long game. The Twist: He views his Patron as his only true friend and protector. He is completely blind to their dark influence, even when he’s caught talking to himself or carrying out "favors" that don't quite seem holy. He has a fractured mind and a heart of gold—a dangerous combination. Option 2: The Mercenary Cleric. The Hook: A Cleric who finished his training but realized prayers don't pay the bills. He’s obsessed with gold—not just for greed, but because he’s searching for something (his past, a home, a legacy) and believes money is the only way to buy answers. The Vibe: He’ll keep you alive, but he might send you an invoice afterward. Option 3: The High-Fashion Arcanist (Sorcerer) The Hook: A "cunty" sorcerer who knows he’s the most powerful person in the room—he just doesn't know why. He’s on a quest to find his origins, mostly because he’s annoyed that his magic is more talented than he is. What I Bring to the Table: I’m in my 30s; and unable to find a group to meet in person *cries alone in the dark...*. So finding a group online to meet regularly will be awesome. Ideally, people 30+ will be great (I don't discriminate the twenties but I started to find myself more connected with people around my age who have been geeks since the times of Slayers or Inu Yasha). I love deep-diving into backstories and interacting with the world the DM builds. Even when playing "difficult" characters (like the gold-obsessed Cleric), I make sure it adds to the fun for everyone, not ruins the game. I'm just your average neurodivergent gay nerd looking for an inclusive table of fellow misfits to have some misadventures with while rolling dice. Most of my D&D experience at this point is with 5E, as I've been playing since the playtests, but I've got considerably less with 2024. I would be open to either system, though I'm definitely more interested in continuing to explore some of the changes to various classes in 2024, or at the very least some hybrid of the two. I’m looking to get into systems like Pathfinder 2e, Starfinder 2e, Draw Steel, Mutants & Masterminds, and Daggerheart. Lean towards fantasy, sci-fi, sci-fantasy, and superhero games, but I’m open to trying other settings. I tend to enjoy balanced games where combat is present, but roleplay, story, and character choices are just as prevelant. Character-driven campaigns, heroic adventuring, mysteries, investigations, political intrigue, and even kingdom-building all sound interesting to me. Character-wise, I tend to gravitate toward sword-and-sorcery types, shapeshifters, summoners, and pet/companion classes that are sarcastic, conflicted, or strong and stoic. Hey, I'm looking for players interested in the rolplaying side over the combat side. I have some experience with dnd as a player, but I have more with GURPS(a truly wonderful system that more people should play)as a GM. I wouldn't call myself a complete expert at either though. I am happy try out any system. I will GM, but do note that I don't have a real style yet other than focusing on roleplay and to a lesser extent exploration over combat so combat design is also not something I've got the hang of yet. In terms of genres, I will play anything, but steampunk and early modern games have a special place in my heart. When actually playing I try my best to use my character not just to their own end, but also to try my best within my characters personality, to empower other players. My fatal flaw is definitely my attention span, I am distracted very easiily, something I have been working to mitigate for a while, but that I'm not sure I'll ever fully ditch. Hello! I'm Ram, 27, I've been playing DND since 4e and have run games of various lengths IRL for a while. I've ran games 4e, 5e and 5.5e as well as the Final Fantasy XIV TTRPG and Perfect Draw!!, which is a Powered by the Apocalypse based game themed as a card game anime. Which yes, was wacky and fun and we fully leaned into stereotypes! I love getting into character! Thinking about how each character reacts, has their own methods and solves their own goals is super fun and my favourite parts about RPGs. I love world building and diving into others world seeing all the bits and bobs they put in to really make it come alive. I like to RP over getting into combat, but still enjoy a dungeon session with several combats back-to-back along with puzzles. When combat is used as apart to tell a story I really love it. I much prefer high fantasy for a genre of game, horror and dark fantasy just isn't my cup of tea. The occasional sinister plot is fine but if it's the entire campaign, I'm not interested. I also don't do well with gore. Characters get hurt and bleed, that's okay and normal. But things like amputations are not something I want to be apart of. I have a personal high value on punctuality, I will always make an effort to be at the game and on time! I'm available 5PM-12AM Monday-Thursday and all day weekends. Also no AI from me! Where's the fun in letting the computer do everything?

A Note on LGBTQ+ Friendly: It's not just a tag to me, it's a requirement. I am nonbinary. My pronouns are they/them. This is a nonnegotiable for me. I've had far too many people approach me with rather condescending invites to games about how they 'aren't safe spaces' or 'no politics'. I agree that my gender, and gender identity isn't politics, though people have made it politics. Human rights isn't politics and if you think it is something that should be, you can skip on by me. I am more than fine with darker themes with games, I love a good dark game. But the moment someone says 'this isn't a safe space' or 'no politics' it feels like a giant red flag to me as a game I'm not interested in. So if that's your game, you can skip me. Indepth discussions between characters, debates about what to do in different situations. Being challenged on morality of what is happening. Highs of wins fought through hard work and the sting of defeats felt through the whole group, ending in commiseration at the tavern as our characters mourn the loss of a favored NPC. Roleplay is what I love most about TTRPG's. I've been playing them since I was 12 years old (I am now 41), and while at the time it was because of all the cool monsters and stuff, even then I was captured by the different stories you could tell. I would love to share in the telling of the stories with you and your group. I've got extensive experience in a number of different systems from D&D in various incarnations to World of Darkness and Chronicles of Darkness to Masks, Stars Without Number and Fantasy Flight Star Wars. I'm always up for learning a new system! I've also GMed my fair share of games in the past, but am just looking to play right now due to my health right now (I am disabled) That isn't to say I -don't- like the tactical and exploration aspects of the game. When it comes to combat I tend to be more of a tactition sort of player, analyzing the playfield and trying to figure out the enemy. Though that hasn't ever stopped me from making the -stupid- decisions because they were in character. Story and plot over mechanical wins for me every time. Failure is always an option. It never is an end point, because it just gives new opportunities for story, even if it stings and hurts in the moment. We find the motivation in that. I'm a long time TTRPG player of several dozen different systems over the past 30 years. Heavy themes, PvP, romance/flirting, sexual content, intense character conflict, or major effects on another PC should be discussed first. Lines and veils should be respected. I’m in Hawaiʻi Time / UTC-10. Weekends are best, and I prefer 2–3 hour sessions. I’m open to voice, PBP, or hybrid formats. Not a good fit for bigotry, disruptive rules-lawyering, non-cooperative play, unconsented PvP/romance/sexual content, trauma dumping, or using RPGs as therapy.
