How now and well met! My name is Rando, and I have been playing TTRPGs for a very, very, very, long time. Finding myself now with an almost completely open schedule, I am compelled to fill up all this free time playing in campaigns. TTRPG campaigns. More and more campaigns... ALL the campaigns! Yes, yes -- I must play them... Ahem. Apologies... I am looking for a campaign (or five) to feed my insatiable hunger join a lively, well-rounded, and sane group of players who like to roleplay, share laughs, make memories, and tell stories collaboratively. New campaign, ongoing campaign, homebrew campaign, published campaign: it does not matter. Whether it is a newly created spot or just subbing in -- new character, fill-in character, NPC, former player's character: I will join your table with glee and vigor. (note: vigor is extra) I enjoy all three pillars of TTRPGS (combat, roleplay, exploration) and appreciate when there is a healthy balance among them. I am partial to roleplaying, however, as I feel it is the one element you cannot find in other gaming formats. In the TTRPG Rock, Paper, Scissors game that takes place in the deep and cloistered recesses of my mind: ROC > RAI > RAW. I am open to learning and trying new systems. I am a very easy-going and jocular sort, prone to tomfoolery betimes, but know full well when to wear the frowny mask versus the smiley one. A former teacher, I am very newbie friendly (to both players and GMs), and am gooder than most with the word use-ing for to tell things and show other things and for the explaining. Hi, I'm Lucas (27, he/him), and I am looking for a weekly longform campaign to join. I have ~8 years of experience in D&D 5e, and I am willing to learn other systems. In terms of campaign vibe, I prefer the world and the story to be taken seriously, but the party doesn't have to be overly serious. I prefer high-fantasy settings. The ideal RP/exploration/combat ratio for me is around 35/40/25. As a player, I don't mind building my character last so I can fill whatever gap in the party. Hello! I’ve been playing tabletop RPGs for about 6 years, primarily 5e and SWRPG FFG. I’m looking to get into systems like Pathfinder 2e, Starfinder 2e, Draw Steel, Mutants & Masterminds, and Daggerheart. Lean towards fantasy, sci-fi, sci-fantasy, and superhero games, but I’m open to trying other settings. I tend to enjoy balanced games where combat is present, but roleplay, story, and character choices are just as prevelant. Character-driven campaigns, heroic adventuring, mysteries, investigations, political intrigue, and even kingdom-building all sound interesting to me. Character-wise, I tend to gravitate toward sword-and-sorcery types, shapeshifters, summoners, and pet/companion classes that are sarcastic, conflicted, or strong and stoic. I’m available weekends, any time, US Central timezone. I’m hoping to find a group that enjoys collaborative storytelling, is LGBT-friendly, and takes the game seriously enough for the story to mean something to everyone without losing the ability to joke and have fun. I am a ttrpg player of 6 years. Mostly in dnd, but I have experience playing PF2E, Fabula Ultima and Thirsty Sword Lesbians. Additionally I have read up a bit on most if not all of the systems I'm interested in! I enjoy finding a specific vibe for my characters, like a fighting style, a specific backstory, an aesthetic etc. I then push a system to fulfil that vibe to it's fullest, committing entirely to that bit, even to the character's detriment at times. I am also an avid heroforge user and deeply enjoy making heroforge models of all the pcs! When actually playing I try my best to use my character not just to their own end, but also to try my best within my characters personality, to empower other players. My fatal flaw is definitely my attention span, I am distracted very easiily, something I have been working to mitigate for a while, but that I'm not sure I'll ever fully ditch. I am looking for a Saturday game that starts no later than 12am GMT (yes I know thats technically thursday xD). I also have little preference for the system.

I am free basically all the time, so as long as the times stay consistent (for campaigns) then I can accommodate any day or time the group agrees on. I am a prospective Pro GM. Hello! I'm Ozzy, an amateur player looking for some campaigns where my character concepts can thrive. I've played a few games that I never finished and one game I did finish. I'm 18 and Trans (FtM)! I don't specialize in any one class or archetype. Weekend games are preferable since I have Friday-Sunday completely free, but later in the day (after 4:30) Monday-Thursday are also doable. I am fairly roleplay-focused, but I also enjoy combat for the small bits of flavoring and the "casting create water in someone's lungs" moments. (I won't do that constantly, don't worry.) Also, I do not want to participate in campaigns with AI usage, no matter how minimal. It just isn't fun for me. I go by Story/Ro. I'm a mid-30s gal with about a decade's worth of experience as a mostly forever-DM. I'm most familiar with 5e (2014) but wouldn't mind learning something new. Ideally, regardless of what we play, I'd like to find a long-term campaign and make some friends along the way. Online I tend to prefer using Discord and Foundry, but I'm familiar with using Roll20 as well. I'm comfortable with using voice and video, as well as playing via post. As a player, I've only really played a Cleric, a Druid, and (briefly) a Barbarian which was pretty fun. I like exploring magical classes more than melee, so that's what I'd probably stray toward. My play preferences are about 65% roleplay/story with 35% combat overall. I love making characters with histories, no matter how much ammunition it might be giving the DM and then exploring the world I'm presented with (even if it means consequences for my characters). As a person, I'm pretty chill. All I want is to build a story with others and have a good time doing it. I can't draw for shit, so I always become the campaign notetaker, treating it like a story with fun chapter names and everything. Honestly, as long as everyone maintains open lines of communication and remains respectful of one another, then I'll be happy as a clam. Availability is every other Friday [open or post 6 pm, depending on when it falls], and weekends. I may be able to do a weekday evening if the date is consistent. Weekly/biweekly campaigns would be greatly preferred.

A Note on LGBTQ+ Friendly: It's not just a tag to me, it's a requirement. I am nonbinary. My pronouns are they/them. This is a nonnegotiable for me. I've had far too many people approach me with rather condescending invites to games about how they 'aren't safe spaces' or 'no politics'. I agree that my gender, and gender identity isn't politics, though people have made it politics. Human rights isn't politics and if you think it is something that should be, you can skip on by me. I am more than fine with darker themes with games, I love a good dark game. But the moment someone says 'this isn't a safe space' or 'no politics' it feels like a giant red flag to me as a game I'm not interested in. So if that's your game, you can skip me. Indepth discussions between characters, debates about what to do in different situations. Being challenged on morality of what is happening. Highs of wins fought through hard work and the sting of defeats felt through the whole group, ending in commiseration at the tavern as our characters mourn the loss of a favored NPC. Roleplay is what I love most about TTRPG's. I've been playing them since I was 12 years old (I am now 41), and while at the time it was because of all the cool monsters and stuff, even then I was captured by the different stories you could tell. I would love to share in the telling of the stories with you and your group. I've got extensive experience in a number of different systems from D&D in various incarnations to World of Darkness and Chronicles of Darkness to Masks, Stars Without Number and Fantasy Flight Star Wars. I'm always up for learning a new system! I've also GMed my fair share of games in the past, but am just looking to play right now due to my health right now (I am disabled) That isn't to say I -don't- like the tactical and exploration aspects of the game. When it comes to combat I tend to be more of a tactition sort of player, analyzing the playfield and trying to figure out the enemy. Though that hasn't ever stopped me from making the -stupid- decisions because they were in character. Story and plot over mechanical wins for me every time. Failure is always an option. It never is an end point, because it just gives new opportunities for story, even if it stings and hurts in the moment. We find the motivation in that. Current Availability: Tuesday and Thursday evenings weekly. Monday evenings and Saturday days every other week.

Hi there! I'm Frau Elster, 34, located in Hanover, Germany. I have been playing TTRPGs for roughly a year now. It became quite a hyperfixation and thanks to a local open club I've gotten the chance to test some systems and get an idea of what I enjoy in this game. At the moment I really enjoy Daggerheart but I am open to other systems. Ideally, of course, the group vibes and gets along. That's a wish of mine but of course can't be forced. I tend to enjoy smaller groups up to 4, sometimes 5, on a bi-weekly schedule in the evening. I love creating complex characters with a few defining moments already having happened to them to help flesh them out. It didn't happen yet but I'd love to experience what it's like to have a ongoing campaign that weaves in the characters' backgrounds. Usually I have a concept in mind before I create a character and then read through _a lot_ of materials and sources to find the build and world-related backgrounds that fit. For example: My last character (for dagger heart) was a werewolf ranger who became a guerrila fighter because she feels like a advocat on agency and freedom of choice. For DnD, I am in the midst of creating a tabaxi stardruid whose base idea was that she looks like a black jaguar and has the constellations map right there in the spots of her fur. Or I knew I wanted a gnome raised by ice giants who draws her magic from the aurora and can hit really hard and now I have several tabs open haha I enjoy good atmospheric horror and am actually thinking about hosting The Magnus Archive TTRPG. But that's a project for the future. Coming from a theatre background I love roleplay and the chaotic rule of cool being applied more than dungeon crawling, rule crunching and min/max-ing. Social encounters and exploration are big to me. Do you know that one friend who needs to check every question mark in a video game? Yeah that's me (and is also a reason why I love Breath of the Wild. Exploring was very much rewarded in this game.) As a GM I love putting in puzzles but that is always a hit or miss with me as a player. In general I would say I am a bit of a chaotic player who enjoys discussing concepts, impulsive decision making and creative brainstorming with the others. It would be important to me that the players share the spotlight and know how to communicate constructively and mindfully.

Trying to find a consistent group to get to know that can play on weekends. Prefer DND 5E 2024, but I'm willing to play 2014 version, Daggerheart, PF2E, or similar feeling games, though I'd need time to learn PF2E or anything I didn't list specifically. I'm open to pretty much any TTRPG! The two systems I've tried so far are Daggerheart and D&D, though I've only played each of them once, so I'm still very much a beginner. I'm especially interested in trying out Wild Hearth and its homebrew rules! In general, I love experimenting with homebrew systems and unusual character concepts. My characters tend to start as me trying to be all cool, and unique, and yes three sibling halflings named Craok, Croaker, and Croaked pretending to be a half giant monster named the Croaking totally makes sense if you don't think about it! Also the stick on fire IS a wizard, yes, his name is torch. That said, I'm more than happy to stick to the rules as written and play a more vanilla(if unique) character if that's what a group prefers. I understand that homebrew and unconventional characters aren't everyone's cup of tea, and I'm happy to respect whatever fits the table best. At the end of the day, I'm just looking for a cozy group of people to share some laughs, tell some stories, try new things, and hopefully make some friends along the way.
