In terms of campaign vibe, I prefer the world and the story to be taken seriously, but the party doesn't have to be overly serious. I prefer high-fantasy settings. Hi, I'm Sam, an experienced GM looking to try new systems; I try to mix combat and RP, but I have a fondness for deep roleplay scenes, especially between players. I am glad to take on newbies and answer any questions you might have. I am free basically all the time, so as long as the times stay consistent (for campaigns) then I can accommodate any day or time the group agrees on. I am a prospective Pro GM. For now, I am looking to just build good rapport and reviews, but I intend to transition to taking on paid games; I know it's a touchy topic, but I can assure you that with the work I put into games, it is worth it (I wouldn't pursue it as a job if I didn't believe it was worthwhile). I am based in Glasgow but would be willing to travel if given enough heads-up for physical games. I have been at this a long time, looking to run a game of dnd 5e+ for a group. 25 years old and up please. I have played with all kinds of folks and I welcome all kinds of folks. Planning to play once a week in the evenings online.

Highly adaptable playstyle, will jump into a full homebrew or a RAW game without hesitation. Not a rules lawyer. The games I run are run by rule of cool, and my characters tend to reflect that. Not offended by much, but I also don't use offensive slurs or anything. Pride friendly, but don't expect me to preach. Chatty but focused. My dog likes me and my mother says I'm tolerable now.

So, about me, been playing for 11-12 years, started out GMing and probably on the whole find that the more rewarding part of the hobby, but I enjoy playing as well. Played quite a range of systems by this point; did my mandatory few years of D&D and Pathfinder, actually started with Dark Heresy. But I've run Shadowrun briefly, Mutants and Masterminds, dipped my toes in World of Darkness. I think a benefit of my time behind the screen is that I'm relatively flexible in what I enjoy. I can go for deep and character driven games, but I also appreciate the fun of a good dungeoncrawl or epic combat. I'm absolutely a sucker for intrigue, but I'm not above playing characters dumb as a brick. I'm perhaps overly comfortable playing morally grey grand bastards, but when I think of my favourite recent characters, the Lawful Good Rogue probably ranks as the most compelling. I'll admit, though I'm by no means someone who can only enjoy hyper-simulationist games, I do occasionally tend to press up against overly artificial system restrictions. In Starfinder, my character did over time trend towards 'why don't we vent the airlock before we go in... soften them up.', and in general, I see a balanced encounter and will often think 'how can rig the deck a bit more in my favour'. Also not a big fan of 'Narrative' games, like Powered by the Apocalypse. For whatever reason, they are the one genre I've never quite meshed with. But yeah, I am generally open to try different systems, and flexible about my exact role in whatever party I join.

I am interested in playing with a group that challenges my role playing skills. Mystery and puzzles always the better. I am good with straight rules, or home rules, or even custom therian races or whatever, as long as they are consistent make sense for the game. Crazy fox guy who can't stay still, sure, as long as that plays out through the story. Depending on the game, I could play power hungry, but not in abuse of game rules, in the literal sense. A wizard looking for immortality, a sorcerer looking to become an actual dragon, a fighter looking to master the blade. I am very open however to playing a character to help a DM push a plotline. For example, a Warforged left without a memory, to be filled in later. A Warlock who just wants to find out what happened to his brother, who got wrapped up in some story the DM decides.

I'm a 35 year old Englishman lost in Scotland, a graduate and professional aspiring amateur-to-professional games-master on the side. Seems like the perfect side-hustle, making magic happen. I've always wanted to give it a try, and thus the second launch this project now. I've been aware of RPG's since my early teens, being vaguely introduced to it by almost every western animated cartoon referencing it in at least one episode. I took the plunge at university, and I've been hooked and rolling dice ever since. I've been in-and-out playing table-top RPG's for just under 20 years now, including DM'ing, serious player rolelay, LARP'ing, you name it. I have *some* Roll20 experience, I would estimate about just under 100 or so hours on a previous account before the new account and rebranding! I've tried to dabble where I can, but primarily my experience is with D&D 3.5, 4th edition, 5th, 5.5e, Pathfinder 1st edition, as well as a handful of other systems briefly. Tabletop RPG's to me, is the top-tier of entertainment and best way to spend some time sitting around with old and new friends, sipping nice drinks, eating snacks, and sharing awesome stories -- that's a good life. Old-school person-to-person socializing, chatting, communities -- that's what it's about. It makes for a quality team-building and problem-solving experience. I've played and also run - forum play-by-post, live-chat typing sessions, in-person tabletop dice-rolling, voice and video sessions and tourist-themed games. As far as theme and styling and tone - I usually enjoy lighter games, with darker discoveries and undertones, I'm mostly influenced by the Fable and Baldur's Gate series. Because of my full-time work and so I can affort to spend time elsewhere with other loved-ones, I can only ever confirm for one-shot, one-time events. My lifestyle doesn't support ongoing campaigns, though I am very supportive and envious of those who do get to enjoy long-form! As a player, I don't mind what system we play, who we're with or what character I play, I can usually come up with something. I usually like to fill and round out a party composition. The joy of the play is the most important thing, and it's important to keep practicing, stretching and improving! As a DM, I mostly very much enjoy introducing the game to newer players. There are a lot of very experienced gamers out there with the opportunity and community in order to play, but I tend to find that there are many many people out there who would love to try D&D because of their favorite shows (Stranger Things and Critical Role, especially), but don't know who to turn to or where to start: Sometimes, it's just nice to be given a good start and a good introduction into the hobby, and to be guided through the sometimes intimidating Player's Handbook! Hey! I've been playing TTRPGs since 2018 with some DMing experience. Over the years, I tried many different systems, like Warhammer Fantasy RPG, Shadow of the Demon Lord, Pathfinder 1e, Dragonbane, Mutant: Year Zero, and some others. But, DnD 5e has been my "comfort" system and I do currently prefer playing it. I'm a player focused on roleplay and character development first and foremost. Character creation in itself is one of my favorite parts of the game, and seeing the backstory I came up with coming back to bite me throughout the game is very fulfilling. But I also enjoy some combat (if I have a sword/spell, why not use it from time to time, right?).

Hello, nice to meet you! I've been casually on the tertiary of the TTRPG hobby for the better part of 16 years and I'd like to get out there and actually play some more games. The systems listed on my post are all systems I have at least a passing familiarity with but I'm also super open to playing on systems not listed including homebrewed ones and custom systems. Socially as a player, I am not one who chases the spotlight but can be a bit of an instigator especially if the rest of my party is lost for direction. I've always loved character-building, fantasy worlds, and any type of world-building, so I've been wanting to get into DnD, but never been able to find a group. I'm hoping I could eventually join one, and make friends along the way!

Hi long time player/GM in my 50s (Started in my early teens) More of a tactical player then a role player. Played a lot of systems basic D&D, AD&D, 2nd Ed, 3rd, 3.5 and 5th Ed, Pathfinder, PF2E, Rolemaster, Deadlands, 2D20 Fallout plus more

I've been playing TRPGs for 12 years, and running them for nearly as long. I'm very agreeable, generally try to keep things harmonious within the group. As for preferred playstyle, I love roleplay and exploration, but I get antsy if I go more than a few sessions without any significant action scenes. I work first shift, Monday-Friday, so I prefer weekend games. I'm ok with 18+ content, except for anything sexual. Sex is very much a "veil" for me, and sexual assault is a line. I also don't like religion-bashing (thoughtful themes and discussion are ok though).

Have played and DM'd since 1980. Familiar with many systems and gaming approaches. Currently using DnD5.5e and Pathfinder 1e in active campaigns.

I'm Nik, in my late thirties and ageing like Keanu. I'm from the UK, run my games online via Foundry VTT and am a friendly and chilled guy, but most definitely a forever DM. I've only ever had the chance to play to the end of the first book of Pathfinders Legacy of Fire, so the games I'd love to play from start to finish (in order of most wanted to least for each system) are: Pathfinder 1 - Curse of the Crimson Throne, Return of the Runelords, Kingmaker. Pathfinder 2 - Any of the above converted to 2E, or anything else. D&D 5E - Curse of Strahd. Call of Cthulhu - Never played, but with the right DM, would love to try it. I make all of my physical character sheets and tokens in Photoshop, love roleplay-heavy campaigns and as a DM, prefer running gritty, grounded games over power fantasy. I'm currently working on an original Berserk (Manga) themed campaign, and have been writing an original sequel to the Alien RPG intro campaign - Hope's Last Day. Hello, My name is Aaron, I have played D&D 3.x and PF1e for many years. I prefer combat little over role play, but I have no problem role playing if need be. I like long lasting campaigns, level 1-20 and beyond. I prefer a weekly set game in voice and VTT. I do not like One-shoots or west march/living worlds. I prefer games like: 1. Sandboxes. 2. Mega Dungeons. 3. High Fantasy Homebrew Worlds/AP I do not like evil games or play with evil aligned player/characters. I usually play some form of Sorcerers, Gish's and if I play outside of that I play Oracle or ninja or gunslinger (Summoner if allowed). I like to plan my character out in detail, but I try not to be over powered same time. I am looking for online game or face to face. I am 26 I've been wanted to get into dnd since I was 14 but I never really had people doing it around me and I lived in a small secluded town. But it's never too late so I'm ready to really start getting into it, I have a ton of learning to do but I'm a very quick learner and I am able to get into character pretty well.

I am looking to get back into playing and am open to many things. I have a preference for both Roleplay and Combat since both are important for character development and I am okay with characters dying as long as there is a point within reason. Hi, I'm Daniel, in my 30s. I wouldn't describe myself as a min-maxer. I do like to build well-rounded, good-functioning characters, but if my character's story calls for it, I will take incredibly bad character options and roll with it. I love playing anything that can do magical, extraordinary stuff. I also like big swords. Combat is fun, but I also enjoy the chance of some roleplay when it comes along naturally. I am less of a fan of forced social interactions. I have been doing online chat RPG in the Star Trek world for over 20 years. In TTRPGs, I've been active for more than 10 years, playing mostly Pathfinder 1e and now Pathfinder 2e after a brief stint with D&D 5. On the side, I've tried Starfinder 1 and some oddball systems as one-shots (Numenera, Shadowrun, Call of Cthulhu, Traveller, etc.). I have also GM'd a few campaigns in both Pathfinder editions. On weekdays, I can do some evenings, but I have to get up early in the morning for my job. On the weekends, most times will be possible, if they're not in the middle of the (European) night. I love the complexity of the world of The Wheel of Time, and almost any emotion can be explained in a Captain Picard meme.

FREE ON TUESDAYS,WEDNESDAYS, FRIDAYS, SATURDAY Hello there! I am a vetern M20+ player with some experience in pathfinder 1e. and I am looking for more pathfinder games to join. In terms of overral pathfinder experience, I played in one normal pathfinder game, one game using mythical power, and one using pathfinder spheres of power. So I can play any game of pathfinder using those, I am mostly interrest in using spheres of power, but its not mandatory; I can play without it. For time: my timezone is gmt-3 and the days I can play are tuesday, friday(at night) saturday I can use both roll20 and foundry, however I have yet to play pathfinder 1e using foundry, my pathfinder games were on roll20 thanks for reading.
