LGBTQ+ friendly

A street-level Mage chronicle in 1200 BCE Ugarit, where stolen sacred relics pull young mystics into a collapsing world. - schedule is still flexible - beginner-friendly - street level campaign - set in the ancient city of Ugarit on the Syrian coast - you will be members of different organizations in search of stolen mystical artifacts - roleplay-heavy - we will be using discord primarily  Detailed Version: Ugarit is dying, though no one will admit it yet. The harbors are still crowded, the temples still receive incense and bronze, and the scribes still press certainty into wet clay. But something has gone wrong beneath the order of things. Across the great cities and hidden sanctuaries of the Near East, sacred artifacts have vanished from priesthoods, mystery cults, temple archives, funerary houses, and esoteric societies. These are not mere trinkets, but objects of power, memory, oath, and divine favor. In response, a vast search has begun, stretching from the Levantine coast into Canaan, Anatolia, Cyprus, Mesopotamia, and beyond. You are not the masters leading it. You are the ones sent into the dust, the markets, the shrines, the caravan roads, and the back rooms to find what the powerful have lost. This is a street-level Mage: The Ascension 20th Anniversary Edition chronicle set in 1200 BCE, at the edge of the Late Bronze Age collapse. The game is about omens, theft, faith, politics, and the slow realization that these disappearances are part of something much larger. Each player belongs to a different organization with its own rites, beliefs, and secrets, and each has a personal stake in recovering what was taken. You begin as lower-ranking members, overlooked by your superiors and surrounded by people more important than you. That makes you useful. It also makes you expendable. The story starts in Ugarit, but it will follow rumors, clues, dreams, and obligations across a world held together by trade, ritual, and fragile alliances. The tone is mystical, tense, and human. This game is for players who enjoy investigation, social maneuvering, hidden agendas, old gods, symbolic magic, and characters who grow into significance rather than starting there. I like to run games where the world feels lived-in and reactive, where magick is strange and meaningful, and where small choices can reshape relationships, communities, and eventually history. Expect a mix of grounded local scenes and uncanny supernatural mystery: dockside negotiations, temple rivalries, stolen tablets, haunted roads, prophetic dreams, and the sense that the world-system itself is beginning to crack. You do not need to be an expert in Mage lore to enjoy this game. What matters most is that you want to play someone with convictions, loyalties, and questions they cannot easily answer. This is a campaign about different paths to power colliding under pressure, about what people do when the sacred is threatened, and about who you become when the search for a stolen relic turns into a descent into the hidden machinery of a collapsing age.

Mage the Ascension 20th Anniversary

Adult
The table is for players who are 18 or over.
I am looking for players and a Storyteller to run a Mage the Ascension chronicle. Do know that I am trying to experiment with new systems and as such I am still an amateur in understanding how the Storyteller system works as well as how magic works in this world. I may prefer 8:30 or 9 pm onwards at Philippine Standard Time every Saturday.

Our games are weekly on Wednesdays at 5pm EST  We recently lost a player due to their hectic work schedule, so our group is looking one player for our VtM V5 game. Our group is currently in the middle of a campaign, but the players have just moved to brand new city, so its more or less a soft reset. We currently have a Ventrue and Tremere player. Whenever you build your character, give them +27 exp. Also, our group is Pro LGBTQ, and one of the players is a trans woman. No bigots allowed!

Getting a group back together who have not played for a while due mostly to university impacts. The games will be Cthulhu 7e and Classic Delta Green (maybe even Cthulhu dark Ages).  Looking for one or two more players to round things out. The GM is super experienced and creates a very suspenseful and immersive experience. The hard bit is the location - Newberg Oregon so a bit of a drive from PDX unless you are in Beaverton or Tigard. This could be Friday nights or Saturday nights depending on mutual sceduling, and with busy work lives twice a month max. Reach out for more info.  Important note (if this matters to you) we are a wide range of ages from 30s to 50s and we dont care about that - but you might!

Hi! This game is a self-made Chronicle which was written with the intention of being published for free. With this intention in mind, a couple of play-tests, similar to a stress test will be held in order to test and adjust things. This, is one of those play-tests. As all is done for free, and the finished Chronicle being published for free, AI images have been used as temporary placeholders. These are all subject to being replaced at a later point. Short summary: Cincinnati, Ohio 1987. The Family’s power-struggle has once again reached a peak as a new plot has been reviled among its Camarilla elders. Not since the previous Sovereign’s passing has The Family had such turmoil. Meanwhile, a sister and brother find themselves on opposite sides of the Hunter Vampire war. A village previously known for its delicious Dill Pickle now stands abandoned after an experiment gone wrong and a monster most foul lays in darkness, growing. Come meet The Family and venture to Massonville, where hidden nightmares await! (c’mon, it’ll be fun). Tags: Human experimentation, violence, gore, sex, overdose (drugs), mental illness, distress, bullying and tentacles (for good measure). Structure: 1-2 Setup sessions. Setup sessions are for players to meet each other and receive help with character creation as well as discuss game scheduling. 3-7 Game sessions. The playtest is a one-off but can take up to 7 play sessions to finish. All sessions are done over Discord and dice are either rolled using a Discord bot or with physical dice. Roleplaying always comes first; power gaming is not welcomed. That said, looking for 3 to 5 players and everyone is welcome to apply. Game days will be on Sundays and the goal will be to have weekly sessions (with potential work schedule issues being taken into account).  First session is scheduled for November 2nd at 17:00 CEST.   Comment or DM me for more info :)

I grabbed the Mothership Deluxe Set and have been excited to crack into it and see what happens! I'm hoping to start Another Bug Hunt and hopefully start setting up a campaign if we end up wanting to go further. The game begins at 6 at Eternal Games in Warren starting on 10/27.

Mothership is set in the future when humanity has traveled to interstellar space. The horror takes notes of claustrophobia and isolation from the movies Alien (1979) and Event Horizon (1997)  We are a group of 4 ( 3 players and a warden)  If you are experienced or beginner ttrpg player we are happy to offer you the chance of playing Mothership with us.  Its an outstanding game of horror set in the future.  We play a cross beteween the OPA (Expanse) and Firefly.  We are inclusive and welcome all  to our gaming table.  Looking forward to hearing from you

Carnival of Madness

New players welcome! Should take 1 or 2 3-4 hour sessions. The end is very fucking nigh! On the evening of Friday, October 30th, 1970, you're driving down the Aylesbury Turnpike in western Massachusetts. headed for the Carnival Pandemonium. Most of the folks there tonight are families and couples just out for a bit of fun, games, and a little spooky excitement, but others have far most serious or even sinister purposes. Whatever your reason for being there, one thing is certain. Everyone at the carnival this evening will experience things unimagined in their darkest nightmares. You don't know it yet, but the part you play may determine the fate of all humanity. Content Warning: Body Horror, Graphic Violence, Drug Use, Adult Language, Gaslighting, Mental Health Issues

(FREE games only) Hi all! :D We’re a group of three looking for a few more players to host our weekly one-shots with! We are also looking to build up our Community group as a whole, so if you are a GM who wants a space to run your own one shots, you are more than welcome to do that here too! We’re all learning together. Very beginner friendly and low commitment, so no pressure at all to show up every week, just drop in when a session sounds fun ^^ You'll get taught everything you need to know if you're not fully familiar with VTTs as a whole. As of now, our main focus is on Troika!, DCC, Call of Cthulhu, and Mothership, and we’re open to trying plenty more! Everything we do runs over VTT & Discord since we’re spread across different countries. When we play: We usually hop on once a week around 8:00 pm (CET) / 7:00 pm (GMT). Weekly games are planned out in advance due to shifting work patterns, so a bit of flexibility goes a long way. If you’re 18+, curious, kind and up for some chaos, we’d absolutely love to have you! Feel free to DM if this sounds interesting to you :)

October Twilight

It's October 13th, 1999 and the world has ended.  Someone, no one is sure who, let something into our world.  A kind of infection or corruption that affects both the body and the mind.  Animals, people, even mundane objects... became twisted and unnatural.  Some speculate it's a kind of demonic possession, others that it's an alien or even transdimensional biological weapon.  In the end, it doesn't matter.  The whole world fell apart, twisted from within. The survivors cling to their wretched lives in a fallen world, trying to comprehend the horrors and fend them off for just one more day.  The world is in tatters, monsters roam around consuming everything they can, occult powers and magic have returned, and even the very air seems tainted. Perhaps the rapture happened and the survivors are being punished because they were found wanting.  Perhaps this is some kind of strange terrorist attack from another world.  Or maybe it's all nothing more than a cosmic accident, a tragedy of happenstance as something never intended for this world found its way in. Can you survive and fight off the horrors coming from within and without? https://verasev.itch.io/october-twilight-oktrollberfest-edition
