Hi! We are a group of four who have been playing together with varying levels of experience from fairly new to 5e to me who is very experienced. We recently had the game we were in come to an abrupt end unfortunately so we're on the search for a new one! We are all 21+ and we are all LGBTQ+ friendly with 3 men and 1 woman. We are looking to play anytime after 5pm MST on Tuesdays specifically. What were looking for in a game! We are looking for a roleplay heavy game with about a 60/40 or 70/30 split between roleplay and combat where our characters actions and backstories affect the world around us. We are also interested in a high fantasy setting with a wide variety of races, classes, and fun magical elements. We are particularly interested in a pirate campaign as well but it isn't required. We would also like a homebrewed world heavily and our party would prefer to use DND beyond for ease of making characters but it isn't necessary. We have experience with all sorts of VTT's and have no real preferences for any of them but we would like to use one for combat as theater of the mind is really hard to to for combat.

NO PAID GAMES Hi! My name is Shadow and I am 1 of 4 people looking for a dungeon master to run a game for us on Tuesdays after 4 Pm MST! We are all pretty expirenced players with years of experience and are all older than 18. Most of us have expirence playing together and are already mostly comfortable as a group(I say mostly cause 1 of us hasn't played with 2 of us.) We are happy to answer any other questions about us if you have any, we have some of our own below as well as what we'd like in our game. What were looking for: Setting/Theme: Typically we like high fantasy games where magic is in abundance and races are diverse. Steampunk type setting with airships and the like are also apriciated.       A few of us would also like a pirate themed game if that's something you'd be interested in as well but it's not necessary if you have a different setting in mind we love to hear about it.      Sandbox worlds are also apriciated and desired but we know they can be a bit much.      Homebrew world settings are also preferred but again not required. Rules/Mechanics: Like we said in the title we are looking for a story driven game so a 60% Roleplay to 40% combat balance would be ideal for us with some wiggle room of course. We also have a strong preference for 2014 5e over 2024 We are also fond of downtime mechanics like our characters working on projects, buying things, etc, since the more story elements and normal things like that we find pretty fun. Rollings for stats is another thing we like but isn't a hard requirement. Additionally one of our players(me) is interested in playing a home brew class made by the YouTuber PointyHat, I'll include a link to the video if you'd like to check it out, I'm not set on it though so If you don't want to allow it that's fine.
