Ari was found by his adopted father as a baby, alone and starving in the woods. He was brought back to his father’s temple, a Dragonborn Monastery dedicated to worshiping the power of dragons. He was raised along side all the other Dragonborn students but despite his natural talent for martial arts, he was always an outsider due to being looked down on as human. Ari became a trouble maker and got himself assigned as a student under the cruelest master in the temple. Despite his reputation, his master Gesh, became an important role model for Ari. He was hard on Ari but he was hard on all his students, Ari felt accepted even as he was berated and belittled. When he was 16, his master betrayed him, hurting him in away that would scar him forever. To hide his cruelty, Gesh used his status to have Ari banished. Young, hurt, and alone; Ari was forced out into a world he knew nothing about.
Ari became a wander living in the streets, just living for his next drink to numb the pain of losing his home. His wandering brought him to becoming a bouncer at a brothel where he fell in love with one if the girls, Liaza. Just as he was starting to feel like he finally found a new home, Liaza was bought by a wealthy patron and taken away. Ari lost once more, left wander in hopes of finding her.
He’s a hopeless pining romantic, a bit of a scoundrel, and a huge drunk. Ultimately he admires power above all else, and can be self serving and hot headed.
