Own/use a microphone that doesn't make our ears bleed. __**What tf is Sanctum**__? Sanctum is a place started up to share the fun of the thing that brought (nearly) all of us to this server. Playing Cyberpunk.  A variety of gigs are hosted all throughout the week with typically 5-6 gigs a week being thrown out there. They'll range from anything between the light-hearted and silly to a struggle just to survive, but, at the end of the day, the philosophy behind it all is "Play the character, not the game." __**Setting:**__ It's (as the time of this posting) August 13th 2077. It's the Night City most of us are familiar with only a few changes here and there. (Sadly, some of the people who got here before you decided to break a few ~~people~~ things and now the rest of us have to deal with it.) And the birds are still ~~carrying the plague~~ corporate operated drones meant to infringe on what little privacy you thought you had. See? Take up residence in one of Night City's wildest cargo villages: Dock Cargo Community. Dodge bullets, eat kibble, try to make rent. Docksiders is a game intended to run as a campaign following a group of edgerunners who live in one of the more colorful neighborhoods of Night City: Dock Cargo Community. Nestled between Docks 16 and 17 in the port district of Night City, this small container village sees as much City foot traffic as it does sea traffic. This game will see you taking your edgerunner(s) through a series of jobs and side hustles they need to fund their stylish and dangerous lifestyle. You can expect to see content from both official sources and custom content as well as the ability to plan your own jobs should you acquire the skill and the reputation. Take big risks, take big rewards. But be warned, Night City is an unforgiving place and it would be foolish for anyone to think they will live forever. In this adventure you'll be tasked with founding a new kingdom to bring order to a wild and untamed region, face many threats to your rule, and rise to prominence in the eyes of neighboring nations. You'll also be able to do so using especially unique character builds with the Dual Class variant rule, combining the strengths of two classes together. The current party has also opted to use multiple additional variant rules, including free archetype, ancestry paragon, and the unrestricted pack from Team+. With this in mind, you'll have many more options available to you both tactically in the moment and strategically as you level up, so some familiarity with the system is useful though not required. I'm happy to help newcomers get their bearings and learn the ropes, but if you don't enjoy lots of options and complex character sheets, this likely isn't the game for you.
