Description

🔥 [PAID] THE BENEFACTOR | D&D 5e (2014 + 2024 Rules Mix) | Tuesdays 12pm UK | £16/session via StartPlaying 🔥Log in to view The Benefactor is open to everyone — whether you’re rolling your very first character or you’ve been adventuring for years. If you love the chaotic found-family energy of The Legend of Vox Machina, the strange beauty of the Feywild, and a creeping horror twist set within the Forgotten Realms… this story may be calling your name. This campaign leans heavily into immersion. I’m actively working on my voice acting, so expect distinct NPCs, layered personalities, and moments that feel truly alive at the table. I run a relaxed, welcoming game — but one where you should never feel too comfortable. I love keeping players on their toes in ways that feel earned and story-driven. It might start small. A letter from a mysterious gentleman, insisting it’s in your “best interest” to meet at a tavern. Simple enough. And then suddenly… it isn’t. Before long, strangers become something closer. Fire forges bonds. And being taken to another realm doesn’t seem nearly as terrifying when you’re standing beside the family you never expected to find. Why players choose this table: Committed, invested players (paid games = everyone shows up and gives it their all) Strong voice acting & immersive storytelling that brings NPCs and the world to life Meaningful found-family RP where your choices and relationships genuinely shape the long-term story A perfect balance of heartfelt chaos, mystery, and creeping dread Long-term players receive FREE custom character art as a thank-you for sticking with the journey . Logistics Schedule: Every Tuesday at 12:00 PM UK time Players: 3 seats available Price: £16 per session (securely handled through StartPlaying) Rules: Mix of 2014 and 2024 D&D 5e (fully compatible — best of both worlds) Platform: Online (Roll20 + voice) If you’re ready for mystery, meaningful chaos, and bonds forged in fire (with a side of Feywild strangeness), I’ll see you at the tavern. Limited spots — message me for the direct StartPlaying listing link Where everyone currently is stuck in the faewilds trapped in a deadly circus at session 4  Log in to view

Short Story Long ago, the land was consumed by war. Cities fell, countless lives were lost, and fear spread as the Avatar, a malevolent force, unleashed demons and monsters across the realm. In time, a band of heroes from distant lands, joined by champions of the realm itself, rose to face the darkness. Through their courage and sacrifice, the Avatar was finally defeated, and peace was restored. Yet not all wounds healed so easily. During the war, one of the dwarven clans, driven by greed and manipulated by the Avatar’s influence, sided with the forces of darkness. Though the evil was defeated, the stain of that betrayal remained. Trust in the dwarves was broken, and many races and rival clans never truly forgave them. Now, in the city of Amber Trees, also known as Amber City, a new chapter begins. To rebuild their honor and restore faith in their people, the dwarves have founded an adventurers’ guild, offering brave souls the chance to take on dangerous missions, defend the realm, and shape its future. Our adventurers arrive in Amber City in search of glory, fortune, and purpose. By taking up the guild’s call, they will not only forge their own legends, but also help the dwarves reclaim the trust they lost and prove that redemption can be earned through courage, loyalty, and deeds. After some time the dwarven guilds regained some of their reputation back with the help of some powerful heroes. They are now sending caravans to the elven and human territories guarded by the new adventurers and you are one of them. ↠Amount of Players recommended for session: 3 or 4 players ↠Type of Campaign: Campaign with westmarch style+ Homebrew setting ↠Game System: 5e 2014 + UA with homebrew rules where we dont have any rules in the books ↠Game Style: more on Combat and less on Roleplay ↠Voice Chat: Required, we will use discord ↠Difficulty of Campaign: easy ↠Experience Level: - Any, everyone is welcome ↠Starting Level: Players will make lvl 1 characters with point buy and do one-shots westmarch style low lvl quests with other random players that are online at the same time as them until they form a stable party to go after the high lvl campaign quests. ↠General Overview of Campaign: After a big war that included many races one of them lost its trust .
