Power Phantasy: Vice & Viscera

Looking for players interested in playing in a heavily homebrewed AD&D 2e environment, based in the homebrew world of Avigard. This setting is entirely homebrew and involves a full redesign of classes, new classes, and the integration of a freeform magic system that fully replaces vancian magic.  We're currently in the phase of simply looking for players, and the goal is to find a time between 12 PM to 4 PM for playing on Sundays in a local game store or at someone's house if someone has the room for it. Despite being AD&D 2e the game will be run in a more roleplay oriented way. Though the world will be dangerous and it's worth weighing your options in risky situations, and combat is never a favored outcome, it will not be strictly deadly. I run with the 2e Bleed out rules and am generally happy to provide situations with healers if resurrection of characters are needed. I enjoy helping people make backstories and will happily figure one out, but with AD&D 2e backstories should be simpler than the usual 5e fare.

While the Orcs and Dwarves prepare for war in the mountains, someone tried to assassinate the Regent of Waterdeep. Luckily, you and your party helped him and a coterie of Watch supporters escape. You are now headed to Baldur's Gate to depart from there by sea to Zakhara. Platform: Discord VC (Private Server) System: AD&D Forgotten Realms TImes: Saturdays, 5:00pm CT. 2-hour sessions. Pregens available. Needed: Wizard, Thief (Level 1) Party Level (Current): 2nd Seeking 1-4 Players NOTE: There are not 30 roaming players in the group; that is the number of people and bots on the Discord server. We currently have two dedicated players and two roving players.

The world of Phelun is an old one that has seen many conflicts throughout its history. While times seem peaceful, beneath the surface there are whisperings of the Dragon Queen stirring within her prison, strange events occurring upon the continent of Ines, and adventure awaiting upon the lost continent of Asoris. This is an 18+ only server that is a mix of go at your own pace pbp and west marches living world elements.  https://discord.gg/X8dFsNrjBw This is a new Server that has been worked on by one DM for 3 months. It currently features the following:     PbP forums for those who prefer slower RPs.     Living world channels where characters can explore the lands or meet one another in real time in the pub.     DM run Tables. (We are looking for more DMs to help run tables)     Mining, gathering, fishing, and exploration through Avrae commands (commands are ready, but random tables need to be filled out more for variety).     Random in game daily events (not tied to irl days, and still being worked on).     Market to buy items.     Guilds (will need leaders).     Job command to earn coin and a living world channel to RP the work in. (currently being reworked)     Custom Drinking command for the pub.     Player housing.
