One-Shot horror

Looking for adventurers! Have you always wanted to try D&D but never had the chance? Or are you a seasoned adventurer looking for a relaxed, story-focused table? I’m looking for players to join me for Lost Mine of Phandelver, a classic D&D 5e adventure filled with exploration, roleplay, dungeon delving, and plenty of opportunities for your characters to become the heroes of the story. 🎲 About the Game * System: D&D 5e * Adventure: Lost Mine of Phandelver * Experience Level: Beginners absolutely welcome! * Table: 18+ * GM Experience: 2 years * Style: Rule of Cool > Rules As Written * Tone: Adventure, exploration, roleplay, comedy, and classic fantasy * LGBTQ+ Friendly: 🏳️‍🌈 Everyone is welcome at my table I’m a relatively laid-back GM who cares more about everyone having a great time than stopping the game every five minutes to consult a rulebook. If something makes sense for the story and doesn’t completely break the game, I’m usually willing to roll with it. Creativity is encouraged. If you have an idea that isn’t explicitly covered by the rules, tell me what you’re trying to do and we’ll figure it out together. 🌟 New Players Welcome Never played D&D before? That’s completely fine. I’ll help you learn the basics as we play, explain rules when they come up, and give you room to learn without feeling like you’re being tested. You don’t need to know what every action, bonus action, reaction, spell slot, or mysterious collection of numbers on your character sheet means before we start.

A D&D 5e One-Shot About Making Bad Decisions in the Face of Certain Death The premise is simple: You are going to face something you cannot defeat. Not probably can’t defeat. Not might be able to defeat. You are completely and spectacularly outmatched. This one-shot is inspired by Faster, Purple Worm! Kill! Kill! and is designed around the idea of throwing the party into an absolutely hopeless situation and seeing what happens. ⚔️ This is NOT a traditional heroic adventure. There is no expectation that the party will defeat the final threat. There may not even be a realistic way to survive. Instead, the goal is to create a fun, memorable, ridiculous, and occasionally heroic last stand where your decisions determine how your character faces the inevitable. Maybe you run. Maybe you fight. Maybe you come up with an absolutely insane plan. Maybe you spend your final moments arguing with the rest of the party about whose fault this was. Whatever happens, the goal is to have a great time. 🎲 About the DM I’ve been DMing for 2+ years and have experience running games through Discord and Owlbear. I’m also new-player friendly. You don’t need years of D&D experience to join. I’ll help explain rules and get you comfortable with the game as we go. 🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ friendly The table is intended to be welcoming and respectful to everyone. Come ready to have fun, make questionable decisions, and embrace the chaos. ⚠️ Important Player Expectation Character death is not only possible, it is expected. This adventure is specifically built around an overwhelming threat and the possibility of certain death. Please don’t bring a character you’ve spent months developing if permanent character death would ruin the experience for you. Bring a character you’re excited to play, roll some dice, make some memories, and see how long you can keep the inevitable at bay.

Hello! I've made a D&D westmarch that is inspired by wuxia and xianxia fantasy! I would love if people could join, or if they showed any interest in it! I'm working on a Roleplay-Only system for people that like the setting but don't want to commit to playing in any D&D games. I totally understand, and I want to a fair option for roleplayers! I'm still figuring out the Roleplay-Only system, but I would like if people join while we're getting set up! Here is the Master Lore Document (still in works of transferring information from the server to the document). Here is the application form (very simple and I check it often!) ≿——-༒　❈　༒——-≾ After a brutal siege felled the Spirit Border (a gateway between all planes), malicious spirits and demons have begun terrorizing the continent of Hwa. Towns and cities have become red in blood. In the wake of such disaster, the Jade Emperor himself descended from the Heavens to call upon a group of individuals, not for the ease of task in purifying the Mortal Plane, but for their hearts! These chosen heroes, gifted with the heart of valor and ability to find virtue from within, are tasked with expelling the demons back to whence they came and finding the leader behind the Spirit Border attack. Will they succeed in their divine mission, or die before they get the chance to? ≿——-༒　❈　༒——-≾ This is a real time, high-fantasy game based heavily in East Asian (multicultural) mythologies! From the Twelve Zodiacs to the origins of the Autumn Festival, this campaign-style westmarch is filled to the brim with retellings of well-known folklore, myths and legends! Each one carefully integrated into the plot, some subtly and others not. Games will be held on Thu/Fri/Sat (at 7pm BST or 6pm BST), depending on player availability. As a westmarch, we prioritize flexibility and the personal schedules of players. You do not need to attend every session, only the ones that catch your eye! The intended levels are 5-20, though some players may begin at level 1 with few benefits! ≿——-༒　❈　༒——-≾ We are LGBT+ friendly, neurodivergent friendly, and beginner 5e friendly! (As the DM is a trans autistic man who jumps at the opportunity to help anyone who needs it!) We pride ourselves on making Jade Realm a comfortable, safe place for everyone involved. Can’t use a microphone? Too shy to speak? No problem! We have channels designated for those who prefer to type instead of speak! We also include oneshots, closed campaigns, and a whole wide list of homebrew options in the Jade Realm setting! Best part? It’s free! ≿——-༒　❈　༒——-≾ Vital Materials: - Discord - Owlbear Rodeo (free and easy to learn vtt) - Avrae compatible character sheets (google sheets, dicecloud, d&dbeyond)
