LGBTQ+ Friendly! Welcome everyone! My name is Love. Me and my friend Catie are looking to start up a mini-campaign, we've found 2 lovely people, so we're on the hunt for 2 more players to join us! Eye of the Dunes: A rumor glides on the wind throughout Faerun, from the high courts to the damp alleyways. Kings and orphans alike whisper of the Eye of the Dunes, a wondrous mote of magic said to be able to grant its claimant any wish they desire. It lies sleeping somewhere deep, deep in the deserts of Calimshan, untouched under centuries of blowing winds, for we would surely know if someone had found it. You have banded together with a few other adventurers to brave the sands, an uneasy alliance at best, as in the end only one of you can wield the Eye. There's a lead in the capital city of Calimport, a café owner claims to know something the general populace doesn't, so you've set sail on an overcrowded galleon. You are not the first to try, but perhaps you will be the last.     We play on Foundry (veeery fancy) in a discord call     The campaign is set at a higher level, 8-10, and will last 3-5 session     We'd prefer players around our own age (20 - 34)     We love messing around and making jokes, but we do try to actually tell a story and often roleplay seriously with emotion. I try to be descriptive!     I am from Sweden and my friend is Australian (though a real night-owl), so we can't really play after 19:00 GMT+2     I won't tolerate NASTY behavior, you know, let's have a Good Time, Owl City & Carly Rae Jepson-style     No AI, come on, what are we doing here? Hello all, I am Michael.  I am starting a new campaign playing within the world of Ravenloft. This a gothic horror story that is traumatic and a fun time. This is a roleplay heavy campaign with intense combat encounters and plenty of chances for exploration. This is my third time running the campaign and I am excited to see what a new group of adventurers will make of this land.  This is good campaign to start your D&D journey as it starts at low levels and you learn as we play. Hello everyone, Alex here! I am a new GM on Start Playing, and I am looking for players for my mini campaign. I am hoping to become a full-time GM and figured this was the best way to start. A bit about me: I've been a GM for 7 years. I am an artist, illustrator, animator, voice actor, and writer. And I absolutely love roleplaying!  Game Premise: In the world of Anangnibi (pronounced Ah-nahng-nee-bee) there looms a threat to the local towns and villages outside of a major port city called Agonan Mizhakwad (pronounced Ah-goh-nahn Meez-hahk-wahd). Reports of attacks have become more frequent and many have claimed to see a flying creature up within the mountains. Maps indicate that there is an old fort that has been empty for quite some time in the area. The local authorities have put up a reward for heroes to go and investigate the area and find out what has been happening. You as the heroes will find yourselves walking into the mountains to find the old hold, and once you get there, you'll find out that you have gotten far more than you bargained for. Who, or what, awaits within the halls of old abandoned stone? And will you survive the secrets within? Or will you be claimed by death much the same as those of the poor raided villages? Death lurks here, cold and indifferent like the sitting stone. You will need your strength and wit if you want to survive. So be prepared to face the challenges and discover the mystery of what hides within the mountain stone.
