Description

Warning: Mild Gore, Discrimination, heavy subject matter, teenagers. Hey, It's noro, 18. I'm making a campaign for a custom system i've made. It's 16+ bc i don't like children. -- September 6th, 2010 You've managed to somehow end up in detention on the first week of highschool. It's almost a skill, really. The clock scrapes against itself, you can't believe you have to stay here for the next 6 hours, and just when the rot of boredom begins to eat your mind. A Blackbird flies through the window and Gives you a quest. -- Based on late 2000s culture, and shitty highschool movies. The world is cruel and you are a child, endure these remaining years of your adolescents while fighting horrors and sealing 'dragons'ย  within the crust. If you wanna join dm me, my time is est. p.s. let yourself be as weird as you want.

ENDRAZLA

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
๐ŸŽฒ Looking for Players โ€” Endrazla: The Tower System: D&D 5e Setting: Homebrew / Dark Fantasy / Weird Fantasy Format: Online Looking for: Players who enjoy roleplay, exploration, strange worlds, and actually getting invested in their characters. Endrazla is a massive afterlife known as the Tower. Every floor is its own world, with its own rules, cultures, dangers, and mysteries. The further you climb, the less certain it becomes what the Tower actually isโ€”or what awaits at the top. The campaign mixes Elden Ring-style mystery and atmosphere, Tower of God-style exploration and progression, and classic D&D adventuring, with plenty of room for character-driven moments and absolutely stupid decisions. One of the most important places in the setting is the Tavern of Anxiety, a strange sanctuary between worlds where adventurers, dead gods, monsters, travelers, and other questionable individuals come to drink, argue, make deals, and occasionally save reality. I'm looking for players who want to build characters that actually belong in the world, rather than just showing up to roll dice. Your character doesn't need to be heroicโ€”just interesting. I'm also a very improv-heavy DM. Endrazla is entirely my own setting, so I'm much more interested in creating a good story and rolling with what the players do than stopping the game every five minutes to argue over a rule. The rules are there to help us have fun, not the other way around. If you come up with something cool that makes sense for your character, I'm usually going to find a way to make it work. If you're into: - ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Exploring bizarre original worlds - โš”๏ธ D&D combat that actually matters - ๐ŸŽญ Character-driven roleplay - ๐Ÿงฉ Mysteries and lore - ๐Ÿป Tavern shenanigans - ๐Ÿ’€ Dark fantasy without taking itself too seriously - ๐Ÿค A group that wants to actually become a party I'd love to hear from you. I'm especially interested in players who are willing to help build the story alongside the DM rather than expecting a completely pre-written railroad. Welcome to Endrazla. The Tower is waiting.

Nocturn conservatory

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
LGBTQ+ friendly
The table is openly welcoming to LGBTQ+ players.
๐ŸŽ“ Who Are You? You are a student at the **Nocturne Conservatory**, a hidden college for young witches beneath the town of Duskfall. Most students are between **18 and 22 years old**, balancing two very different lives. By day, you attend classes, work part-time jobs, hang out with friends, and try to survive college. By night, you study advanced magic, dangerous rituals, and centuries-old traditions. Whether you were born into the magical community or discovered it later, you're still trying to figure out who you want to become. --- # ๐Ÿซ Your Two Worlds ## โ˜€๏ธ Life Above Ground Outside the Conservatory, Duskfall functions like any other small coastal college town. You might spend your days: - Attending university lectures - Working a part-time job - Meeting friends at cafรฉs - Going to concerts - Pulling all-nighters before exams - Exploring the town - Joining clubs or organizations Most people believe Duskfall is completely ordinary. They're wrong. --- ## ๐ŸŒ™ The Nocturne Conservatory Hidden beneath abandoned salt mines lies one of the oldest magical colleges in existence. Here you'll study subjects like: - Ritual Magic - Arcane Theory - Demonology - Magical History - Wards & Protection - Potion Brewing - Cursecraft - Spirit Studies -Evocation -Divination Your professors expect excellence. Failure can have consequences beyond a failing grade. --- # ๐ŸŽญ What Is This Campaign About? This is a character-driven supernatural mystery focused on: ๐Ÿ”ฎ Magic ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ Investigations ๐ŸŽ“ College Life ๐Ÿค Friendships & Rivalries ๐Ÿ“– Hidden History ๐Ÿฉธ Difficult Choices While combat certainly happens, your greatest tools are curiosity, teamwork, and creative problem solving. --- # ๐Ÿง™ Creating Your Character Think about the person behind the magic. ### What are you studying? Examples include: - Magical Law - Ritual Studies - Alchemy - Spirit Research - Enchantments - Magical Medicine - Ancient Languages --- What's your life like outside class? Do you... - Work at a bookstore? - Play in a local band? - Run the campus radio station? - Captain an intramural team? - Volunteer in town? - Spend every night buried in the library? --- How do you feel about magic? Maybe it's... - Your calling. - Your family tradition. - Just another subject to pass. - A burden. - An obsession. - Something you're still learning to trust. --- Why did you come to the Conservatory? Everyone has their own reason. Maybe you wanted: - Knowledge. - Freedom. - Answers. - Prestige. - Adventure. - A fresh start. --- ๐Ÿ’ฌ Roleplaying Tips Your character is an adult, but adulthood doesn't mean having everything figured out. Lean into uncertainty. Make mistakes. Build friendships. Question authority. Support your classmates. Sometimes the biggest victories happen outside of combat. --- ๐Ÿ“– What Your Character Knows Every student knows: โœ… Magic exists. โœ… The Nocturne Conservatory is one of the oldest magical colleges in the world. โœ… Duskfall has a hidden magical community. โœ… Magical traditions are deeply important. โœ… Strange things occasionally happen around town. Your character does **not** automatically know: โŒ Every magical secret. โŒ Every hidden faction. โŒ The truth behind Duskfall's history. โŒ Why certain traditions exist. Those answers will be discovered throughout the campaign. --- ๐ŸŒ’ Welcome to Duskfall Study hard. Trust carefully. Question everything. Because in Duskfall... **Some secrets have been waiting centuries for someone to uncover them.** Like to application:ย https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf784PDqgFyQQcG_tInei2V3mVF9q-hKDGLUMwY23YeFNjbSA/viewform?usp=header

Night's Black Agents: Hong Kong

Adult
The table is for players who are 18 or over.
No paid games
On a player profile - you are looking for free games and are not interested in paid ones.
I'm an experienced GM (though it is my first time running this version of Gumshoe) looking for two to four players for a game of Nights Black Agents. You'd be joining two longstanding friends of mine in an online game that found several of its usual suspects having less play time than they used to. Expect the usual mix of seriousness and comedy you'd find in any in-person tabletop game, except you're spies hunting vampires instead of delving a dungeon and/or taking quests. This is a free game.
