Looking for 2-3 experienced D&D players (If you are new to D&D but passionate about Dragon Ball and capable of learning I'd say go for it still) who love Dragon Ball, heavy RP, and don't mind crunchier than usual rules. Must be 18+, NA timezone preferred. Schedule: Fridays, 5pm-11pm CST via Discord VC. Aiming for 3-5 hrs/session. No hard start date yet as I'm picking the right players first. Expect a long term campaign. System: 2014 rules as the base (deferring to 2024 where cleaner), run on Roll20. Everyone plays the homebrew Martial Artist class it's flexible enough to build however you want. Some race/option restrictions, covered in session zero. Tone: Starts grounded like early DB, escalates to DBZ-level stakes over time. Lighthearted and funny at times, but RP is taken seriously so no joke characters and no edgelords. Setting: Earth, Year 1000, the 100th World Martial Arts Tournament. Centuries after the Z-Fighters, but their legacy (ki, magic, science, the Dragon Balls) shapes everything.
