Description

Hey there and welcome! The Nice with a Cup of Tea Discord Server is an established and always growing 18+, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and disability friendly discord server with mostly EU members looking for new blood! We are searching for players as well as GMs to share tables and have fun with! We always have a mix of silly and serious games going on in our server, though even serious or darker games will have their moments of levity. Here's what we like to play and what we are playing right now so you can see what might be in store for you if you join. Some of these games even have some slots for players left, so be quick if you want to join one of them! Our most played Systems: Carved from Brindlewood, Flabbergasted, Forged in the Dark, Powered by the Apocalypse, Year Zero Engine Games Games we play right now: Astro Prisma, Bluebeard's Bride, Cain, Call of Cthulhu, Daggerheart, Draw Steel!, Defy the Gods, Fabula Ultima, GM Round Table, Hog Adventure, Household, Mage the Ascention, Pale Tides, Stonetop, Swords of the Serpentine, The Girls of the Genziana Hotel, The Lands Remaining, Vaesen, Vale of the Failed and Fallen, Vampyr Assassin, Zhenya's Wonder Tales The only mandatory thing is having a decent microphone so you can play, generally knowing how to navigate discord and being respectful of other players (including the GM)! If that sounds interesting to you, fill out this Log in to view (make sure to double check your discord name and accept my friend request, the name is the same as this one, so I can actually invite you to the server)! Feel free to ask any questions, you might still have, under this post or in private messages as well! We‘ll be happy to see you at one of our tables in the future! Cheers!

I am looking for 3–4 players for an open-ended campaign set in the Gundam Universal Century timeline!  we will use Owlbear About the Campaign: Timeline: Starting during the One Year War (OYW) and continuing for as long as the story takes us—until the squad either falls in battle or decides to retire. Player Choice Matters: Your starting faction, objectives, and assets will be dictated by the choices you make as a group. You have the power to change the course of UC history or become another victim of its tragedy. Sandbox & Dynamic Storytelling: This is a heavy sandbox campaign. I love building the world around player motivations and goals. Some sessions will be purely character-driven roleplay with little to no combat, while others will drop you straight into gritty, intense battlefields. Custom Art: As a GM bonus, I can provide custom sprite art for your custom Mobile Suits and potentially your characters! What I Ask from Players: Patience & Feedback: I am a first-time GM stepping over to the other side of the screen for my first full campaign (after running a couple of one-shots). I might make mistakes, but I am very open to constructive tips and feedback! Roleplay Focus: We are here to craft a compelling story together, not just min-max or go on kill streaks. If you want to shape the Universal Century, this is your chance.

A Lunar Excursion With REALIS

Members of the party have received an invitation to the "Truest World", Greenharbor, a perfect utopia void of any inhabitants to enjoy its advantages. Won't you be the first? The moon welcomes you heartily. A short campaign perfect for people with an interest in indie releases and story driven games. We're looking for one or two extra players for a group of two + GM. This will be a shorter campaign. We're aiming for one session zero plus three sessions of actual play, but we may end up going longer as needed. We will use Discord for voice calls, and tldraw as a whiteboard. This game does not have a heavy focus on combat or mechanics, and is moreso about collective storytelling. For those who are unfamiliar with the system, here's the pitch: REALIS is a storytelling focused game in which each character begins with a list of four broad and archetypical class sentences which they can use to effect change in the world, so long as they are not opposed by a sentence of higher rank. As each player advances, these sentences gain in rank, but their effect becomes more restricted and specific. For example, if you play the Juggernaut, you begin with the rank 0 sentence: "I am always unstoppable." When you progress to rank 1, you must add a restrictive clause such as: "When I have my physical therapist to take care of me, I am always unstoppable." You are now more powerful, but have more conditions to fill in order to be effective.

Overlander - Grand Strategy Wargame and Roleplay

Combat focused
Fights, tactics and initiative take up most of the table time.
Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
The Dutonic Valley was subjugated for over three centuries, but the spirit of its people was never broken. Following the devastation of the Burning of the Wood, the might of the Mirric oppressors was finally broken. Now, Dutonic tribes have once more gained a foothold in their ancestral homeland. Many eccentric tribes have arises from the smoke. Some fight to reclaim the Dutonic heartland in the marshes along the river, while other tribes have carved out petty kingdoms in the highlands. Cults, pagans, noble kings, merciless warlords. In the upcoming arc, a new set of cultures are released on the edges of the map. The surviving Miralenians, the fierce Falmarci, and more now contend for the fertile land of the Dutonic Valley, while its defenders must stand against the tide and retain a grip on their long-ailing homeland. - In this campaign, you join the ongoing chaos to carve out a future for your people. You create a faction leader and develop your lands to shape your realm and rule. You can fight battles to gain new lands or raid enemy factions. The wargame is a D6 dice pool based game, using small units of about 4-10 models and about 6-12 units per side. With unique weapon traits and unit traits, positioning and clever engagements are key to victory. - This is a bit of a hybrid experience, combining grand strategy and a tactical wargame with pbp roleplay. You've got some of the classic trappings of strategy games in managing territories and building armies, but with a grand TTRPG feel. Alliances come from both ideology and circumstance. With a campaign map to track valuable resources, the spread of rival powers, and warlords on the lurk, the consequences of diplomacy are tangible. Through letters, trade, and roleplay spaces you can manoeuvre through the growing web of factions and ensure your people persist through it all. The campaign operates on a weekly turn, during which your actions and decisions tick over and you reap the benefits of your rule, or face its unfortunate consequences. However, you can scheme, send letters, and manage your realm any time. The campaign is designed for around 10 to 15 players.
