Looking for player interested in testing custom game system via narrative roleplay and learning the system itself. Grasianil: Custom D6-based system utilizing Maptool primarily, heavily stream-lined to support large, quick battles. Versatility allows vehicles, mechs, and spaceships, utilizing unique mechanics, in-addition to single players. Minimal delays owing to macros within Maptool, utilizing pop-up menus, automatic calculation of damage, debuffs, armor, etc. Highly adaptable, with streamlined rules offering as much complexity as is desired, and based on the setting. Developed by myself and my partner who passed away earlier this year. Supports several original fantasy and sci fi worlds of varying types, from traditional western high fantasy, to detailed low fantasy, from space opera-style sci fi, to more realistic settings. In-addition to original settings not listed here, it has been adapted to: Legend of Zelda Battletech Middle Earth Forgotten Realms Mystara Shadowrun and Cyberpunk Pre-existing settings are not played strictly-canon, but consistency is stressed. Medium amount of experience in RPing requested, as well as an open mind to learn a new system. Maptool 1.11.5 needed, Discord used primarily for all text but other programs are an option, Google sheets used for some settings. Time-zone of GM is US Central. RPing otherwise done via text on Discord, but other options open to discussion. Hello! I'm looking for available players to join my existing group. It's hard to have sessions atm because of a lack of availability with players and the fact ppl keep joining age range for this campaign is 14-17, both experienced players ame beginners are welcome! Most campaigns in the group will be homebrews, so I'm always open to suggestions for the next campaign! We're still pretty early in the first campaign (only 3 sessions in) so i feel comfortable asking people to join. Wether youve stolen, bought, or earned the ticket, you've been chosen! Because of this, a journalist named Aurora has hired you too do some investigation on the inner workings of the magical Carnival. Specifically, the sudden disappearance and replacement of the previous carnival master! Wether you actually investigate or just enjoy your time there is completely up too you, there are many secrets hidden away behind the spectacle of the carnival. something far more grand then a simple missing-persons case... \----- DNI IF: \*you are homophobic, transphohic, racist, etc. This group is extremely diverse in both sexuality and ethnicity so you won't have a good time, i can assure you. \*you're a map, pdf, etc. As i said this entire group is made of minors \*you're into things like incest/stepcest, proshipping/darkshipping, etc. Again you just won't have a good time as the group is against such things. \*over the age of 18+, just to keep things from having the chance of getting weird. Hi everyone! I’m looking for a group of 2 - 4 Tolkien fans for an ongoing campaign set in Middle Earth. I’d love to find a DM who is familiar with the lore of Tolkien’s world as well as a few other players who would enjoy exploring Middle Earth. I’m an inexperienced player and have only played in person (and that was at least ten years ago!). As such, I’m unfamiliar with the different online platforms. I’m also flexible on what system we use. I’ve only ever played 5e and it’s the only system I have information about, but I’m willing to learn another system. One thing I’d like to mention is that I’d like to explore a timeline outside of the events of The Hobbit and LOTR. It could be long before or long after. Our characters are probably small potatoes compared to Aragorn, Gandalf, etc. Also, as I understand it, magic is pretty rare in the world and so our characters probably aren’t wizards. I don’t think being a Tolkien scholar should be a requirement for joining. We can all learn together. I think it would be more important that a prospective player is interested in the lore.
