Description

It's a semi-cooperative dungeon-crawling board game for 2–5 players designed to streamline the fantasy role-playing experience into a streamlined, accessible tabletop format. The game features 65+ detailed plastic miniatures, modular plastic walls, and furniture to create dynamic, hidden dungeons that players explore using a roll-and-move mechanic. Gameplay Mechanics Roles: One player acts as Zargon (the Game Master), controlling monsters, traps, and quest progression, while the other 1–4 players control classic fantasy heroes: the Barbarian, Wizard, Elf, and Dwarf. Objective: Heroes must complete specific quest objectives—such as defeating a boss, retrieving an artifact, or escaping—while surviving encounters with monsters controlled by Zargon. Combat & Movement: Movement is determined by rolling two red dice, and combat is resolved using custom six-sided dice with skulls (hits) and shields (blocks). Heroes have unique abilities, such as the Wizard casting spells or the Dwarf disarming traps. Progression: The game includes 14 linked quests in the core quest book, allowing heroes to accumulate gold and equipment between sessions to grow stronger. Key Features Accessibility: The rules are simple enough for beginners and families, avoiding the complex character sheets and skill trees of traditional RPGs. Replayability: While the core 14-quest campaign provides a narrative arc, the modular board allows for varied layouts. The game also supports a Companion App for solo play or groups without a dedicated Game Master. Expansions: The 2021 release supports classic expansions like Kellar’s Keep and Return of the Witch Lord, which add new quests, monsters, and hero options. Target Audience: Ideal for players seeking a nostalgic, narrative-driven dungeon crawler with less tactical depth than modern heavyweights like Gloomhaven or Descent, but with more structure than open-ended tabletop RPGs.

Blood Sun

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
Everyone is welcome to the blood sun guild. Here we are beginning to have one shots, potentially campaigns, and we hope to also be a community where everyone can be friends. In the blood sun we have one shots based of the lore of the blood sun religion (rp). Missions can vary from defending towns from enemies to going against strongest enemies in the history of blood sun. This isn’t just normal stuff where you would be playing a normal character while these enemies are stronger and get more and better abilities, the blood sun members who participate in the one shots get Homebrew blood magic, abilities, and features. For everyone you can ask me for 1-2 unique abilities your character only would have. As for the campaigns I mentioned those would be longer missions (round 2-5 sessions or a bit more) or can be alternate realities of the blood sun like one I am currently running where it is weaker than ever. For the Homebrew magic and stuff I plan on using this website called Nemesiscodex where I can directly import the Homebrew stuff. PLEASE DM ME ON DISCORD I DONT CHECK HERE

Looking for adventurers! Have you always wanted to try D&D but never had the chance? Or are you a seasoned adventurer looking for a relaxed, story-focused table? I’m looking for players to join me for Lost Mine of Phandelver, a classic D&D 5e adventure filled with exploration, roleplay, dungeon delving, and plenty of opportunities for your characters to become the heroes of the story. 🎲 About the Game * System: D&D 5e * Adventure: Lost Mine of Phandelver * Experience Level: Beginners absolutely welcome! * Table: 18+ * GM Experience: 2 years * Style: Rule of Cool > Rules As Written * Tone: Adventure, exploration, roleplay, comedy, and classic fantasy * LGBTQ+ Friendly: 🏳️‍🌈 Everyone is welcome at my table I’m a relatively laid-back GM who cares more about everyone having a great time than stopping the game every five minutes to consult a rulebook. If something makes sense for the story and doesn’t completely break the game, I’m usually willing to roll with it. Creativity is encouraged. If you have an idea that isn’t explicitly covered by the rules, tell me what you’re trying to do and we’ll figure it out together. 🌟 New Players Welcome Never played D&D before? That’s completely fine. I’ll help you learn the basics as we play, explain rules when they come up, and give you room to learn without feeling like you’re being tested. You don’t need to know what every action, bonus action, reaction, spell slot, or mysterious collection of numbers on your character sheet means before we start.
