Description

New Orders from A Cell I'm looking to put together a group of 3-4 people to start up a new, in-person Delta Green game. I have 2 new players and so am looking for 1-2 more. Let’s start off with self-contained sessions and see if it evolves into something more long-form. I will be running this as a game of modern-day conspiracy horror with burned-out federal agents combating unknown cosmic threats and late-capitalist rot using only their wits and whatever governmental overreach they can muster. Slow-burn investigations build to paranoia and desperate actions where the agents must ask themselves whether what they are fighting for is really worth it. Game details: Day/Time - Saturdays - 1pm to 5pm. Offline - East London public location (i.e local pub or gaming bar). Currently most likely either Arcanist's Tavern or Loading Bar, Stoke Newington. Scenarios - I am looking to start off running the group through published scenarios/campaigns (Last Things Last, Puppet Shows and Shadow Plays, Owlshead Mountain, Ex Oblivione) before introducing home-brewed content. Frequency - The game will be run episodically in that we will play in short collections of sessions over subsequent weeks that cover an operation and then take a break. Operations typically run 2-4 sessions, played weekly with roughly a 4-week break between operations. Session 0 - we will have a designated Session 0 as an opportunity for everyone to meet for the first time, get an introduction to the campaign and create characters. Session 0 will also cover lines and veils, X-card in play and any specific content warnings before each operation This group is not a fit if you're looking for high-action combat, monster-of-the-week pulp or a long-running heroic arc. Information about me: I’m a mid-30s GM based in London. I’ve run a range of TTRPGs (DnD, Troika, CoC, Delta Green, Symbaroum) for both public and private groups for a number of years. I enjoy running players through investigatory campaigns where small details unravel into wide conspiracies. I’ve been a big fan of Delta Green since the new edition and have run several games in the system. I am eager to start a dedicated group with fellow fans or interested newcomers. I'm looking for players in a similar life stage so scheduling doesn't keep collapsing so this group would be best suited for those 25+ who are looking to balance TTRPGs with other demands. If this game sounds like something you would like to join, complete the survey below and I will revert asap. Log in to view Drop me an message with any queries and I will revert as soon as I can.

Story Driven Cyberpunk Red/Homebrew Campaign

Hello!      (QUITE A WORDY DESCRIPTION BUT TOTALLY WORTH READING) I ran a 6 month DnD Campaign earlier this year and had such a good time with it that we're looking to do it all again in the near future, this time in a Cyberpunk/Dystopian setting :) Our last campaign was extremely narrative heavy and I imagine we will lean into that just as hard this next time. I am pretty relaxed about the rules and happy to bend things if it makes for a better moment. The main goal is to have a great time and create something that feels a bit more like a story experience than just a TTRPG. 5 players worked great last time and with 3 of the original group returning we’re looking for 2 or maybe 3 more at most. It’ll be another 6-month campaign, playing weekly on either Saturday or Sunday. Obviously, the occasional planned absence or emergency is completely fine, but everyone should realistically be able to make almost every session. I tend to tie the story quite closely to individual characters, so having people consistently there makes a big difference. I also like putting a bit of effort into the atmosphere (lighting, music, sound effects, set pieces, maps, etc). The last campaign even ended up involving a weekend away for an important part of the story and if all goes well we will totally do something like that again. Campaigns require a real commitment not only to the DM but also to the other players. I can safely say that despite none of us knowing each other before the 1st campaign we are all really good friends now and we hope to make more in the form of a couple new faces for this one! If you're interested, have questions, or just want to know a bit more about what we're planning, feel free to message me. Thanks for reading!

Not for the fragile or the mentally ill.  Published module: The Fall of Plaguestone. Twist: Run as an Otherworlder / Isekai adventure (influences include Sword Art Online, Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash, The Wizard of Oz, the “Den” segment of the animated film Heavy Metal, and similar stories). You and a few others are somehow brought to another world of monsters, magic, and madness. Optional rules and Character creation: All player characters are Human only. Ancestral Paragon, Free Archetype, gradual ability boosts, Automatic bonus progresion are in play. Characters begin with amnesia. They have no classes or background—these must be earned in play. Alignment is not used, but sins committed are tracked. Introduction: You arrived at the northeastern tip of the nation of Isger, inside a farmer’s harvest and seed storage building, surrounded by Tar Baphon's undead hordes. one of the otherworld characters on watch ran outside and was promptly slain by ghouls. Seems all of you are trapped! Bort Bargrith's caravan clears the way and intent on resupply stop at the harvest storage building. Bort the dwarf rogue, Tamil the elven bard, and Shae the halfling ranger discover all of you. There is a confusing moment when no one can comunicate due to language. Bort provides a magical ring that gives you litteracy and fluency in the Common Andorian language. Bort says, "you must come with us or you will die here! The farmer families who opperated these farms are dead and by salvage rites you lot own all of this Stock. You can join my caravan fleeing Tar Baphon, in exchange for some of your goods."   GM: on the journey you may learn languages, purchase 30 gold of starting equipment, through use of Bort's magic rings and from the mass of refugees in the caravan get training in a trade (earn your background) and adapt to this world (earn your class) in the months of travel south. Setting context (past twenty years): Tar Baphon, the Slayer of Aroden, the Arch-lich, and the Dread Tyrant’s undead armies are marching south. The Goblinblood Wars have recently ended (a united effort by greenskin and scaled races to genocide everyone else). The orc war against the dwarves of the Five Kings Mountains has only recently ended. The hobgoblin Ironfang invasion of Molthune and Nirmathas has recently ended. Cults of undeath, disease, plague, death, chaos and destruction (Urgathoa, the Whispering Way, Rovagug) have been largely decimated, but hidden cultists remain and anyone you meet could be one. A recent witch-hunting inquisition died out, yet public suspicion of spellcasters still runs deep among survivors. A plague on the east side of the nation of Isger killed 70% of the mortal population. Platform: Discord. Voice. I will share my screen. I use Pathbuilder ( $5 to unlock all features, it is helpful if you have it, but you do not need it.). Starting: At a time the players agree on, once I have three or more players. Contact me here if you want to join and play in this Adventure.
