Before we can start talking about the campaign, be aware this campaign is: HOMEBREW, and HIGHLY experimental; be mindful
Around 200 years ago, a massacre, a siege, that day: within the sky, within the
whistle of the clouds, a stray flock of airplanes hit 3 nuclear power stations, powered by nuclear nodes that by that time was "new technology." the patents got burnt too and all was lost.
due to this strike to those nuclear power plants they had to seal a 4th of the world in a magic dome, which allowed little to no entry and isolated the wasteland from the world.
the echoes of this incident crawled to almost everyone's ears, and became a big cultural thing.
as time went on, civilization advanced, and nowadays its a very different world, a
modern world, and with the new, better news of the wasteland, the government decided to let people get into the wasteland, by signing a contract, you can get inside: cleanse the wasteland, and you'll be rewarded with money, land or even more.
they spread posters, newspapers and even on local news.

this campaign uses, a whole lot of homebrew, and there are no classes, you start with 2 traits (perks, abilities, etc.) and then you get more traits as you progress, which you can also homebrew yourself.
